Ordered a plain burger. It had ketchup and mustard on it. I was already more than halfway home. I called the store and was told that the next time I came in themed would replace the burger...nothing extra for my time, or the hassle or for going hungry just a replacement burger. However when I returned a few days later I was treated like a common thief and did not get a replacement burger! On another occasion I was purchased a shake that had such a strong onion flavor that I couldn't drink it. Again I called and again I was treated as if I was trying to scam something. The shake was not replaced. After these very disappointing visits I am strongly considering boycotting McDonald's altogether.

Ordered the snack wraps since they're a classic well I wasn't surprised when I found quality as well as mostly everything else gone down the toilet they put the sauce in the bottom of the snack wrap and when I called and complained the manager was dismissive about it said make a request and you might get it so buyers beware of this one I've had a ton of bad experiences go to the Northside or the #1 mcdonalds south Washington if you want quality instead of slapped together food.

If negative stars were an option that’s what they would get. Took my order, took my money and then made me wait 45 minutes to get a single burger and drink. Then that simple burger wasn’t even what I had ordered. When I asked to speak to someone in charge I was denied because “they don’t have time for little girls”, guys I’m in my 40’s, there isn’t anything young or little about me.
