They know you're going to stop by get on the highway and not come back to get your order fixed because it's 10 miles round trip. They gave me no cheese on a qp with cheese and half an order of a large fry that's cold

I came in before closing time to pick up my wife's and I order. I was confused to not see it anywhere, upon asking an employee named Jodee kindly informed me about how orders work before close. I showed them the order on the phone and they got to work right away. Super kind and friendly, definitely the best in holland. Shout out to Jodee for being an amazing helper!

1) At 7am, despite there being no line inside, couldn't get help at the counter. Manager appeared angry and focused on drive thru ops. 2) Eventually able to inform the manager that the restroom needed to be addressed-- toilet overflowing. 3) As of 10:30am, over 3 hours later, toilet still overflowing -- lost whatever appetite I had. I would post pics of the restroom if it was appropriate.

One of the better burritos I’ve had from McDonald’s and I’ve ordered a lot of them from numerous locationsover the years! It was stuffed pretty full of ingredients and was served hot!
