When they are open I usually get good service. App and google say 24 hours. Pulled in at 4am and they are closed. Every McDonald's in Holland says 24 hours on the app but they were all closed?

Used the drive through to purchase 1 large black coffee and some sort of cold ice coffee for my wife. My black coffee was delicious my wife's weird coffee looked absolutely disgusting but she says it's supposed to look like that and it was good

I went into this McDonald’s a McDonald’s that I managed before in the past. I ordered a quarter pounder just one single quarter pounder and I watch six double quarter pounders that were ordered after mine go out the door. I sat there for 20 minutes asked to speak to the manager. She didn’t say anything to me. This big woman just looked at me like I was stupid! I said I want a refund I was sitting here for 20 minutes. I had 1/4 pounder with cheese and I’ve watched six double quarter pounders go out after I ordered. She said cash your card that’s it did not try to win back my business or anything. This was the rudest most careless manager that I have ever seen! This woman deserves to be a greeter at Walmart because that’s all she has a skill for. You wanna know the manager that I’m talking about look at all the crew in the only woman that makes you wanna throw up that’s her

An inexcusable failure of basic service.

We placed our order online 10 minutes before arriving and still spent 30 more minutes waiting in the drive-thru for two snack wraps. There was no rush inside that could possibly justify this delay.

At no point did anyone offer an apology or an explanation. The staff demonstrated no sense of urgency, no respect for customers’ time, and no accountability whatsoever. If a simple online order—prepared in advance—can’t be completed in under 40 minutes total, there is a serious problem with how this location is managed.

This was not an isolated inconvenience—it was a clear reflection of complete disorganization and disregard for even the most basic standards of fast food service.

I will never return to this McDonald’s, and I strongly recommend others avoid it as well. There are plenty of locations that understand how to treat customers and fulfill simple orders without wasting nearly an hour of your day.
