Almost every order is wrong...before leaving drive-thru I check if the sauce is included with the nuggets, if the toy is included with the Happy Meal, is there cheese on the cheeseburger?

I ordered a frappe with 2 espresso shots. I got my drink and didn’t taste any espresso. I raised my concern and they said we will make 2 shots no questions asked. I was very thankful for their response. Well, turns out after a few more sips I tasted the original espresso in my frappe. So I was wrong and they were right. But, I just appreciated the positive attitude they had towards me and willingness to make it right.
