We didn’t get seated. The hostess literally said “we have nothing for babies“ and sent us on our way .. we felt so unwelcome bringing in our baby with a car seat during the afternoon. Like just say you don’t have seating available. Don’t make it about the baby. Unprofessional and rude.

I have never been to this Pub I live over two and a half hours away I have recently discovered Dragon's Milk bourbon as well as the stout beers I can honestly say I have found my go to Distillery when it comes to Bourbon I live in Harrison Michigan and it is very hard to get that bourbon up this far I love the story in the journey and the craftsmanship that went into this Distillery as of now there will be no other bourbon that will sit on my shelf as well as no other beer that will be in my fridge except for a dragon's milk stout beer for this Distillery to be around since only 2001 and to be rated 70 out of 100 with some of the best bourbon companies around to me you have found the essence of what bourbon truly is it is not meant for everybody and not everybody is meant for bourbon I will be planning a trip to come to the pub and to visit The Distillery I follow you on Facebook and anywhere else I can follow you I have also signed up for your guys's newsletter the bourbon lover in me is now officially a Dragon's Milk bourbon Drinker for life

Best fried chicken sandwich ever! I order this sandwich with the dragon fire dry rub and it was incredible. It's not too hot with a bit of sweet flavor and the pickle relish made it perfect. We also ordered the pepperoni pinwheels which were very good as well. The atmosphere is family friendly with many items for kids if all ages.

Our adventure began with high spirits and an insatiable thirst, not just for the amber nectar but also for a culinary delight. New Holland, a beacon of craft in the brewing world, was our chosen special destination. As we crossed the threshold into The Holland Brewpub, we were greeted not by mere beers, but by a cornucopia of brews so elusive, not even the most dedicated of store shelves could cradle them. The cocktail lineup was no mere list. It was a saga, each one a hero's journey in a glass, championed by New Holland's own distilled spirits. Bourbon and gin took center stage, turning each sip into a crescendo of flavor. But let's not skirt around the main event... the feast! The elote corn dip was not just a dish... it was a challenge. We dove in, not with the grace of gourmands but with the fervor of the Teletubbies' vacuum, inhaling the culinary concoction as though it were the air we breathed. And the prosciutto pizza! It didn't just arrive... It made an entrance, harmonizing with Dragon's Milk in what can only be described as a ballet of flavors. Each bite, a pirouette; each gulp, an ovation.Enter stage left, our waitress Madison, not merely a server but the conductor of our gastronomic symphony. With a smile that could light the darkest brewery and a joy that infused each interaction, she elevated our experience from mere dining to a jubilant celebration of food, drink, and human connection. In this tale of hops and dreams, New Holland didn't just serve us; they regaled us with a saga to be recounted with a smile, a clink of glasses, and a heartfelt toast to Madison, our cheerful guide through this epic food and alcohol-driven odyssey.

New Holland never disappoints. Amazing pizza and my fave, their cider, is delish.***Edited to add: they no longer make hard cider and have very few vegetarian friendly options. ?

Usually love coming here for a beer but the last time all the bartenders were just talking to each other not paying attention and dropping the F bomb every other word. Fine if you talk like that but not very professional on the job.

We love our Friday night dinner tradition at NH - it’s always great. This last time I mixed up Holland and GR and made reservations at GR…. Nick saved the day and was able to find us a spot on the bar side, and i didn’t have to wait in the car as my wife finished the date with someone who knew how to make a reservation ?Nick wins as date maker! Always good people
