They are all very slow paced. Waited over 30 minutes for an order that’s was placed almost over an hour ago. Still waiting as I’m typing this review. They need more employees at this location

whichever two girls (redhead and black hair) were working the evening shift on july 21, 2025… give them both a RAISE. i don’t think i’ve ever had such amazing service at this location until now. they even wrote nice notes on my to-go bag which made my entire night after having a horrible day. RAISES FOR THOSE GIRLS.

Ordered from here with the humane society event and it’s been 2 hours and we haven’t gotten our food. Potbelly was also a part of the event and they were on top of it. This business is an absolute joke. 2 hours for mac and cheese? If I could give zero stars I would. I hope they go out of business

My friend and I went in 45 before close and the girl who took our order was very sweet and personable! Despite most likely wanting to just close and go home, she chatted with us and gave us a great experience. 10/10

They forgot many of our items and it’s done down to black plastic from ceramic plates.

It was so dead in there, 3 working in back and 1 girl at counter. The front counter girl did great. I ordered ahead but needed one more dish. Ordered it, back staff were on their phones the whole time. Girl at counter got more customers, instead of 1 out of 3 in back atleast putting a lid on food while girl at The counter was helping customers, food sitting getting cold but they Were too busy on their phones. One of them could have put a lid on the container and at least put the food in the bag. Not trying to be a Karen, but I really didn’t want to stand there watching three employees play on their phones when I could have left

I love noodles and company so much, have been going for years. I have loved going and eating the food and talking with the people. Especially Patty she is my favorite person there.

Waited 20 min after paying for them to tell me they didn’t have what I ordered. Tried getting money back had problems putting money back on the card. Refused to give me cash. HORRIBLE POLICY!! This place robbed me. .

There food is SO GOOD! I could eat this anytime and the cheese just melts in your mouth. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
