Noodles & Co … I expected lots of different noodle dishes…nope. Mac ‘n Cheese was really it (and that was pathetic as well). Too expensive for such small servings with almost no taste. Will not be back.

Found pink shrinp-like slimly residue in my buttered noodles. Told it was "butter sauce"...OK. Also broccoli and avocado perhaps in my child's mac and cheese. The place was dirty. Dirty tables, dirty windows, trash overflowing and a tower or dirty dishes by the trash cans. Yep.

Omg I knew of this place but never visited for some reason. Food is amazing! If you haven't visited yet it's a must! I had the Spicy Korean beef and noodles. They have HUGE cookies and Rice Crispy Treats too.

Wish I could leave zero stars but google requires at least one star to leave a review. I work in HR and the business I represent has a monthly appreciation lunch for all of our employees which is well over 100 people, and we have kept Noodles in rotation as one of our favorite go to catering restaurant's for a few years now but unfortunately that will no longer be the case. I do not know who is in charge of this location but if you are the owner and happen to read this I would give some serious thought about the recent management change you have done. The store manager Mary has got to be one of the rudest and most unprofessional people I have ever encountered in the last two years of doing business with your organization. Not only is she rude to customers and makes it very clear that we are an inconvenience for her but she will openly humiliate and belittle her staff in front of everyone. As an example the poor young lady that was working on our last catering order kept trying to do the right thing and take ownership of the problem and apologize for it taking a little longer than normal and Mary very rudely told her to stop talking to us so much and maybe it might get done faster. Most if not all of the staff are all young kids and after seeing how this location is now being ran and the way employees and customers alike are being treated it just is not something our organization can or will support any longer. Please do and show these young kids better it's already hard enough dealing with customers and pressures of the world they shouldn't have to feel humiliated and unsupported by management.

I went with a group of friends. There was hair in our spaghetti. We got cold tortellini. And it was all mac, no cheese. The garlic bread was vampire safe. Workers were visibly on their phone and did not want to be there. Slow service, and we we were the first ones there. The spaghetti also got us cut from work. Whatever rituals yall do need to stop.
