Typically a go to place for my fiancé and I. However, when Katie is working the experience is never good. Expect a 15 minute wait time for drinks, a lecture, and to be ignored. Highly recommend visiting on a Monday or Wednesday when Amber is working or anyone else.

We are regulars here, usually served by Amber (who is fabulous, wonderful spirits, great service, and skilled!) but encountered Katie the bartender for the 5th time or so, and she is horrible! She is rude, she charged more than usual, was upset and claiming she doesn’t know us and snarked that just because we know other servers she doesn’t trust us. Wouldn’t come on a tuesday if she’s working, she will accuse you of stealing and leaving without paying tabs. When we pay our tab the 3-4 days we are here! Very rude and distasteful, ruins the atmosphere. Also heard numerous of complaints about her and wasn’t sure if it was true until today. Came in at 9pm. She also wouldn’t serve us after the encounter at the bar, drinks were empty and never came up to check and ask if we needed a refill. Very very rude and unprofessional.

Waited for 20 min and 0 service or even a hello. Could visibly see every other patron in the bar with empty drinks or waiting to order with no one being taken care of. Some of the worst service I’ve ever seen at a bar. Couldn’t believe how lazy the workers appear to be.

Great food with generous portions made fresh and fast. The service staff was friendly and attentive. Definitely has a welcoming neighbourhood bar feel that invites you to rest your bones and enjoy a cold one.

The food is so good here, but the service is not unfortunately. Watched our waitress rip on her vape pen inside and chatting with regulars instead of cashing out a bill they handed to us 10+ minutes prior. Also never asked how the food was or refilled drinks. We won’t be back soon sadly.
