Visited them for first and last time on May 27th. 12:30 in the afternoon and we were only customers in restaurant. Almost walked out cause waitress took so long to come to out table. We ordered our food and got water with no ice. My wife got the lo mien chicken, but couldn’t find much chicken in it. Waitress brought her food out to her before mine. 10 minutes went by and my Jampong soup arrived. Kind of strange way to serve a table. If soup took longer then chef should have known to cook soup first. Waitress at bar counter looking at her phone the whole time. I had to get up and ask her for more water. Never asked how meal was or refills. Pricey for sure considering what you got. $6 for and egg roll seemed kinda high. No sides included with $19 bowl of soup and $16 plate of lo mien with little chicken. I’ll stick to sushi at Mizo down the street. Much better place for Asian cuisine.

The red curry is incredible. It's much less spicy than the last time I had it, probably changed to accommodate the Dutch locals lol. If you like jalapenos then the amount of heat in this curry should work for you.
Parking: There's a 15min quick pickup zone on 8th street just outside the restaurant

Ordered take out. Got the pineapple rice, crab rangoons, and pho The food was absolutely delicious-even after a car ride home. Can’t wait to dine in next time!
Absolutely amazing. This was so good after we were here for lunch at 11:30 we came back for dinner at 4:30. An absolute must try. This is the best restaurant in Holland. The food is fresh and the portions are gigantic. For lunch we split the Tonkotsu ramen - vegetable egg roll - Ham and Sausage fried rice. And for dinner we again had the Tonkotsu ramen - Mongolian beef - Crispy roll. Freekin fantastic!

The “Brew Rat”
Beautiful place. Clean and sharp looking. Lots of different Asian cuisines to try. The Mongolian beef meal is smoky and tender. Taste like a little Amercan smokehouse recipes got into the mix. The sweet and sour fish was a big hit with all my family sharing my sons plate. Great views and waitress didn't even write our order down. She just knew it and was very friendly. Thank you! PS. Crab rangoon is AWESOME!

Very disappointing. We got Pad Thai and Drunken Noodles. Both were noodle heavy with little flavor. The Pad Thai did not even have lime or peanuts. The Drunken Noodle was incredibly salty. It felt like food court food.
Much more expensive than what I saw on Google reviews. Not very many parking spaces as it's downtown. It was very noisy even in the back room. But the food was good and we were served quickly! :)

Modern decor, efficient service. I had the Pho and it was exceptional. Arguably best I've had in the States. The broth had a deep amber hue and was neither salty nor had any hint of cinnamon. Could have used more greens like colantro, Thai basil and been sprouts but this did not detract from the perfectly seasoned soup broth.

Quiet and clean place. . We ordered some noodles, japanese - tokatsu, chinese - tan tan noodle and thai - tom yum noodle.. all were good for a perfect cold weather ! Will try some other food items next time ! And it is not difficult to find parking and it's free !
