worst service I have ever gotten at a restaurant. We were a large party and we were missing one party member but we still got seated which is nice however they didn't let us order main dishes since that member wasn't present (even though we had his order). we opted to order appetizers then as soon as we did then magically we were able to order main dishes (conveniently). Then one side of the table was served their food which happens but we asked for an update on our side of the table and they got back to us and apologized since they apparently forgot to even put our order in. meanwhile we didn't get served our food till after half our party was done which doubled our time there (might explain the wait time). additionally, they had come to our table twice trying to give us other tables food and was not very polite when they realized they made a mistake. finally, we got the check and they had charged us for a drink we were never served since they ran out of stock which was fine but they didn't need to charge us for it. but given all of this mess they were kind enough to give us 25% off our appetizer's but we had to remind them twice to put it on the bill and to take off the drink. eventually it worked out but we left very underwhelmed by this some what new Olive Garden restaurant location.

We did call ahead which said 20-25 minutes. When we got there they apologized and said it was an 1.5 hour wait. They had a chance to make it right and chose to turn us away.

Hostess was amazing, so friendly and on the spot, waitress was terrible. 20 min at table no contact at all. No water not even a glance of acknagement. So disappointed. Manager was great and tried to make up for it. But she didn't. Food finally came and was delicious. 25 minutes for bill, after plates where cleared. She really did not care.

This was one of the best experiences I’ve had in a Olive Garden! The staff was very kind, everyone was put together, and always smiled. Our waitress was the sweetest ever, she payed visits often to our party. We had a larger group of people and they gave us two servers tonight which I must say is brilliantly planned. The food was always hot and ready along with drinks being just the right amount of sweet. The house salad is the best I’ve ever had, and along with the salad dressing made it the perfect side dish! I recommend that you get on the waitlist early because of the long wait. The atmosphere was amazing, soft music, not to bright lights, and friendly chatter. Overall I would like to go again!

It took a long time (2 hours)and a lady walked up to our table and asked if our car was parked on the northwest side, and Trivia did NOT WORK!!!! And we cannot get a free desert because of the wait. Now we had to cancel our lunch because it didn’t come. Also, other people were getting their food before and we ordered before them.P.S.-Holland does not have good iltalian food, open one down in Holland PLEASE!!!!!!! It also made us pay for the game even though we didn’t play the games.

Holland location review - it was a busy Sunday for lunch at 2 pm. 30 minutes wait. (Typical and totally fine)We waited over 30 minutes to get drinks once we were seated. The hostesses were not friendly or warm they were robotic and childish.The server was kind and apologized for the long wait. Once the order was placed, things came out quickly, and all the food was correct.I hope to go back on a usual day and give it another try. I hope this doesn't burn out like every other restaurant does. It all comes down to the service people are provided and how they feel while they are in your establishment.

The wait to get in on a Saturday night, no big deal, got seated 2 adults 2 kids, took 20 minutes for our server to say anything to us, finally brought salad, no drinks or bread sticks. We ordered when we were greated, took over a hour and a half to get our. The manager came and apologized for the delay. But still took another 45 minutes for our drinks and dessert. I would not recommend the Holland Olive Garden.
Very bad service, you have to wait two hours or more for them to give you a table, then you wait again for more than an hour sitting waiting and even then they don't come up to you to say an apology or something. If you have small children, it is better to order them a $7 pizza, it is easier and has a better flavor.

An absolute mess. Do not bother until they figure out how to run the front of house. Was told it would be an hour wait. After 75 minutes we started checking with the host station. We were lied to multiple times about our table being almost ready. After two hours we finally left hungry. Cannot more strongly recommend finding another option.
