I love this place!!!! But it would be great if they were open!!!!!!! There website says Friday Saturday and Sunday noon to whenever but Everytime I go to there food truck stand with tables they are NEVER there anymore!!!!!!! I look for them to post where there going to be and they only post one day or something so you think they will be at the restaurant site!! But they are not!!! I don't mind driving all the way out to 44th Street, but it would be nice to know before I drive out to Holland then 44th Street and your still not at either place!!!! That's a lot of driving to come see you!!! DO BETTER PLEASE!!

OMG do not pass this place by!! The elote (street corn in a cup) is to die for! It is the best I've ever had. It has the perfect amount of butter, creaminess, saltiness and spiciness. It is served HOT, so be careful. You're going to want to snork the whole cup down, but you need to be patient. Also, this is a large serving! Way more than it initially looks like. I only got 1 cup, but ate it 3 times.
The walking tacos are also phenomenal. ❤️ I feel the prices are reasonable for "fair food".
Vegetarian options: The elote is vegetarian. The walking tacos can be made without meat. I'm not sure what wise they have.
Parking: I have no idea if they have a brick and mortar location. I purchased from them at the Ionia free fair, so there was plenty of paid parking.
Kid-friendliness: Kids would love them!

The corn was delicious, don't take that for granted we have tried a dozen different versions of this across the Midwest and they all fail at the first step, fresh corn...canned corn won't do it. It is absolutely delicious. The team was fun and super friendly, thank you parking in Holland, we will be back.

This had to be luck. Was going to another local eatery for dinner and saw this in the parking lot. Turned around to check it out hoping they had some Elote. I guessed correctly and glad I did. We did the roasted corn elote and loaded chips plate. Will eat them again when I see them. Recommend.
