The 3.2 stars on Google atm do not reflect my experience today. I'm 3 hours away from home and Leah V made me smile and feel welcomed. The staff is beyond friendly and helpful. Thank you for making my day with a wonderful meal.

They sometimes just have drive trough service and it takes longer than expected, seems they need to hire more personal to keep it up with a fast food service....it has been 10 minutes and the car has not advance at all in the 7 vehicle lane

Well, so many good vibes off social media on price and taste. It was expensive AND they didn’t even give us all the food we paid for… it doesn’t taste good at all. Garbage.

I visited today and placed an order. I paid an extra charge to get the shrimp dish, but the staff told me to take a different item that didn’t require any additional fee. After I complained, it took 30 minutes to finally receive the correct order. Charging extra and providing a different item is unacceptable and feels dishonest. This needs to be addressed.

Im very disappointed. I have waited over 30 minutes for my food went in there after a lot of people have been served waiting and my food is still sitting there. Then they said it's gonna be 5 more min for the chow main and I've been waiting 10. Wth are you serious right now. Give me a refund please.

The food was good, the people were good, I felt a little pressed. I was anxious because my best friend's boyfriend was possibly cheating on her and so I couldn't fully immerse myself in the experience because of this distraction on my mind.
The meat was good, but not excellent. My other friend's dad makes very very good meat, perchance it is the method of preparation.
The employees were yelling about Jóse taking a break, but maybe they were joking. I was taken aback by the violence.

I pulled up to the window over an hour before they closed and I began my order. I picked my side and two entrees and was told that both options I picked were cook to order and it would be a 6-8 minute wait. I said I didn’t mind waiting but the woman said ā€œI’m gonna read what we have to order and pick what you want out of thoseā€. I’ve had bad experiences at this location before but this was by far the worst. I drove 20 minutes to eat here and drove away. Really disappointed

Have been here about 5 times now. We live out of town and only stop when passing through Holland. Food is always fresh. Service is good. 3 portion sizes available. Can get away with spending about 9 dollars a person with a bowl.

Horrible one time shrimp was uncooked horrible I got sick then I ordered a bigger plate with a bai coconut drink I didn’t get my drink I went back to get it and they still didn’t give it to me and this is a true story I love Panda Express but this store specifically I can not love or ever eat again horrible I will drive all the way to grand rapids or Zeeland before I ever eat here again please stay away😷🤮🤢and I spent a lot of money horrible experience

Regardless of the time of day I come, they’re always out of things I want and tell me ā€œIt would be a 10 minute wait if I wanted to waitā€, they always forget to hand me my drinks and of course I’m in a rush and don’t realize until I get home, then a lot of times the chow mein is mostly cabbage. I’ve placed a pick up order for the family box and get home to realize the large entree boxes are filled 70% of the way but at least the rice is filled up all the way huh lol. This location is just so inconsistent across the board. They’re hard to even want anymore. I won’t be returning.

Avoid this Panda Express - food is never cooked correctly. The chow mein was overcooked/rock solid and I couldn’t even eat it (see picture). Not sure what happened to this particular Panda Express, but I don’t see it lasting long under these conditions and hope management makes some positive changes.
