Wow is all I can say! Rude, unfriendly and not helpful at all. Food was mediocre at best. Lettuce was wilted with barely a hint of dressing. STAY AWAY! Place was dirty too! Holland has many other options!

I don’t normally do a lot of reviews, but I felt that the manager at this location deserves special attention for her going above and beyond concerning our food. My husband and I recently had a poor experience here and they refunded our dinner and when we went back the manager (I wish I had gotten her name) made sure our order was done correctly. Your effort did not go unnoticed, thank you.

All the tables were gross and sticky. Trash and crumbs all over the floor. We had to clean off our own table to eat here. They put the smallest portion of Mac and cheese in our bread bowl that was 12 dollars. Very disappointed.

Love the bread bowls cheese broccoli is the best. The counter where we order those 2 young ladies were great really great The counter where you pick up food I asked her to bring out as we are both disabled she was not so friendly.

Just ordered food and she give me the bag and when I opened it up the tomato soup top was half on and spilled hot soup in my leg and you can see the bag! Spent lots of money and half the soup is in the freaking bag and my leg!!! I want a refund for the tomato soup.

Tried the new Croque Monsieur with the Mexican street corn chowder today in the drive through as a pick two pairing! So very good!
Food is great but there but the service could've been quicker. Had to wait behind one other person for over 5 min to order and there were plenty of employees in no big hurry. That's just my experience and I'm sure it's a one off or maybe something I didn't see going on. Either way no biggie. Won't stop me from returning. That said Panera is also way overpriced for what it is.

Extremely expensive for a meal without flavor and without any concern in its preparation. I ordered a protein salad, it had almost no protein and it was cold right out of the freezer. A total disappointment. The place was empty, clearly understandable why.

This is a Panera. You know what it is. But I will say this. Holland Panera is cleaner than most. Evening coffee and tea selection is a little lacking. Often not warm enough but they have the microwave right under the coffee if you wish to heat it up. As with all paneras, I wish that the salad was better. My salad is usually half full of crunchy watery romaine stems. I do like the addition of the grain to the Mediterranean bowl but honestly would like more feta and more grain. The salad seemed very small for the U-Pick two. Squash soup is fine but basic. It's a good standard place to sit and chat with a friend.
