First a soups forgotten then when we drive back for it the bowl cant even be a third of the way full? Not enough soup for a huge dipper sandwich. Usually inconveniences like wasting gas come with compensation but our time was wasted and now my family is too distraught to enjoy our meal.

Be careful when the person at the drive thru ask you to round your total up . I told her NO AND SHE STILL DID IT I had a feeling so I ask for my receipt and I had to check my card statement and she went ahead and round it up when I told her no! so check your receipt everyone!!!

I dont understand why this Panera is so bad. They completely ignore sip club orders even when the restaurant is empty. I've just started reaching over the counter to get my cup. The experience at any Panera is never more than acceptable but this one is particularly garbage.

We ordered rapid pick up and it said asap. The restaurant was dead and only 3 orders “being prepared.” There were several younger employees “working” aka huddle together talking and laughing as we wait over an hour for our food. I asked workers several times about our order and they said they would get to it. People came in, ordered and eat their food while we waited. We wanted to leave but couldn’t. Mind you we had our 3 children with us. When we finally got our food they had our order wrong and our cups of soups were maybe half way full. I would avoid this location!

They never tell you when your order is ready. Why do you have to give your name if noone is gonna say it ??? And they told me I was waiting for the macaroni in the microwave (bc I was staring at them bc no one tells you anything ) so you’re telling me I paid 9$ for microwave macaroni!?? Horrible place I came once like 10 years ago and now I remember why I haven’t been back. Worst place to eat besides noodles an co.

I ordered a French Dipper that I asked for them to put caramelized onion he refused to make the sandwich that I requested because he had already cashed out my ticket is what he said because then I said they could have done the pepper steak that would have given me the caramelized onions

Wow is all I can say! Rude, unfriendly and not helpful at all. Food was mediocre at best. Lettuce was wilted with barely a hint of dressing. STAY AWAY! Place was dirty too! Holland has many other options!

I don’t normally do a lot of reviews, but I felt that the manager at this location deserves special attention for her going above and beyond concerning our food. My husband and I recently had a poor experience here and they refunded our dinner and when we went back the manager (I wish I had gotten her name) made sure our order was done correctly.
