Driver was nice and clear delivered on time and quickly and didn't have to make me do a whole bunch of lot of stuff like ordering it on online and making it difficult on calling multiple places they just could call online pay with cash and make it done within 5 minutes I approve and everyone should go to Papa, John's..

This place is hot or cold and unfortunately I don't just mean the temperature of the pizza you'll be served. Depending on whom is working, your food will be either correct, hot, and fast or you'll get an approximation of your order.
Most recently I ordered a pizza with bacon and cooked well done. Neither of those things were what we received. The store offered us a refund or a new pizza in exchange for the one they got wrong. First, that pizza is MINE. I paid for it and whether I want to eat it, pitch it, or give it away to geese in the park it is mine to with as I see fit. You have no claim to it. Secondly, they offer a carry out but not delivery saying that their delivery is through Door Dash. So how does that work? You're giving Door Dash a cut to deliver all your orders? Or are you remaking the orders in Door dash and then having the customer pay the difference? Either way it's an insult to not offer to send someone to right the wrong of your business.
I would hesitate to give your money to this restaurant because it is impossible to know what you will get! Better alternatives nearby include Doeb's Pizza or Jets on Washington. Both offer better, more consistent products and deserve your money more than this nightmare of a restaurant.

They aren't even trying anymore at this location. Too bad pizza hut is gone! I think this place cut my pizza wrong on purpose. One side was just a while burnt dough bubble! They even made a slice out of the dough bubble. I dont remember saying no sauce but that's basically what I got. Dominos and lil Cs are down the road. Never thought the Lil Cs pizza would be better.

Cashier made 5 people wait to pick up our orders to fold boxes. Get your priorities straight. I would have forgotten about it and walked out without a problem but the guy continued to be rude and laughed at my last name.
Tonight my husband called in an order for 3 pizzas. We called the restaurant directly to order. He told them we had coupons. We ordered 2 large pizzas for $14.99 and one for $8.99. When he got the total it came to over $60! I called back to question how they got that amount. The first manager listened to me, then after saying very little, he put me on hold ( without telling me he was putting me on hold). After I waited a while, I hung up and called again. This time someone else said he was the manager. When I explained that I wanted to know how come they were over charging me, he said he was not responsible for how I entered it online. I told him I didn't order it online, that we had called on the phone to order. The coupon said it was good for a 5 topping pizza for $14.99. He said I was charged for all the extra toppings. I asked why was I charged for extra toppings? Then he said that he did not have to honor the prices as advertised. I ended up canceling the order and got pizza from another place. Very, very disappointed!

Order was 20 minutes late, when the pizza came out of the oven they dropped it on the floor. My partner said she saw a kid making pizza, licked his fingers, then wiped them on his boxers hanging out of his pants. The person making the boxes seen in the attached video just chucks them on the ground. It looks like a third world country in here.

They close at midnight on weekends. We live in West Olive. My wife calls at 11pm on Saturday 2/8/25 to place an order for pickup and since we live in West Olive and they're in Holland Michigan, I was already on my way as she was placing the order. As I'm driving down the road, my wife calls to tell me to turn around cause they refused to take our order because it was 11pm and they close at midnight. I get y'all want to get out at a decent hour but an entire hour for one pizza? Come on now. Had I seen this coming, I could've avoided falling on the ice on my way out to my car. Whatever happened to the good old days when you took care of business as usual until it was time to lock the doors? No worries, Papa John. We won't burden you no more... Ps... You missed out on a $100 tip because you wanted out at 12:15 AM instead of 12:30 AM. Again, our apologies...

The toppings are haphazardly thrown on the pizza, mostly in the middle. 3 inches of edge crust on my thin crust pizza is unacceptable. Plenty of other pizza choices in the area.
