Literally the worst customer service. I had paced an order containing 2 extra garlic dipping sauces, 10 boneless wings, a medium pizza, and cheese bread sticks, the wings are smaller then a chicken nugget, I didn't get my extra sauces, and then when I called about it the manager is exsessively rude, hung up on me after stating that they are chicken poppers which they are not advertised as such or priced as such on the website. I will NEVER go back, tell anyone to go there, ever. literally. unless they want over priced food and bad customer service if you even get the correct order to begin with.

I ordered Papa John's on December 15th. 2023. When I went in there I was waiting in line for my order and notice that the person boxing up the pizzas weren't using any gloves and was just sticking his hand in the pepperchinis and putting them in the box. This was disgusting to me so I pointed it out to the person at the register and asked him if I could have some from a Fresh container. He proceeded to go to the back and got a fresh container and you and utensil to take one out for me. I said that is really gross that he's sticking his hands in the food and putting it in people's boxes. He told me maybe I should have went elsewhere! I made the customer complaint that night I have called the customer service department several times to this day no one has gotten back to me about my refund for my food! I will not be returning.

Called and ordered pizza 747pm and called to check on it at 845pm . Ask to speak with manager and he hung up on me twice . Absolutely the worse service I've ever in counter . If this happen at a papa John's back home ,the man would lose his job . We were going to use papa John to feed or company employees next week and order of 75 pizzas. I guess I will find someone else to cater the lunch.

We gave Papa John's a second shot, even though our first try wasn't very good. Delivery was less than mediocre. Our food arrived cold thanks to Papa John's cheaping out and using door dash. Add to that that the pizza came with pineapple on parts of it. We didn't order pineapple. The quality of this location lacks severely. When you take away your delivery drivers and replace them with a meal delivery company, you take away people who are invested in their jobs and your company. These Door Dash drivers deliver more than just the pizza you ordered. They also make other stops to pick up other delivery orders. I doubt we'll get pizza from Papa John's in Holland again. It's sad, because I used to really like their food.

I ordered 2 pizzas today and attempted to select pick-up. For some reason it went through as delivery to their store. I called to ask the $4.99 delivery charge removed and spoke to the manager. She was about the most rude and unprofessional individual I have ever dealt with anywhere. I wouldn’t order another pizza from them ever. Decent pizza horrible attitude/service.

I had ordered extra cheese on my pizza. Not given extra. I ordered pepperoni and mushroom, small amount on the pizza. When I called to order, there was a foreign person on that phone, talking fast, and hard to understand. I asked him to let me talk to some one else. He hung up. I had to call back. What I just experienced is the worst “service” I have encountered in my life. I showed up to pick up my order and there were 4 other people waiting while, who appeared to be the manager was just walking around sweeping with headphones on, while all the other employees were visibly very busy making pizzas. After about 10 minutes one of the other waiting customers got the managers attention and asked if he could check if his pizza was ready, the manger made one of the busy employees stop what he was doing to check out this customer and walked away. None of the other customers waiting in line were still even acknowledged. After another 10 minutes of all the customers in the lobby waiting to even be acknowledged, I got the managers attention and asked if he could see if my pizza was ready. He proceeded to what can only be described as an animal puffing out his chest and told me I “should wear a name tag so they know who’s waiting” I told him we had been out there waiting and he hadn’t even acknowledged any of us in the lobby while he was just sweeping, he then said “ I don’t care about you” and handed me my pizza, which had been ready the entire time we had been waiting. I’m so disgusted by this behavior and won’t be back for sure, which doesn’t really matter since as he said they don’t care. I wish there was another Papa John’s in the area since it’s my favorite, but oh well. Do yourself a favor and spend your money somewhere else where they at least don’t act like an animal challenging you when you just ask for your food.

One of the employees held the refrigerator open with his head, and very rude to the customers. The wait for one pizza was beyond to long. Another customer was waiting for about 45minutes and he called it in prior to showing up to get it. The employee told him he didn't care about him and how long he waited for his order. And on top of that the bathrooms were beyond dirty.
