I LOVE THIS RESTAURANT!!! highly recommend this place!!!! its so quiet and peaceful inside from the minute you walk in. obviously get pho, thai iced tea, and the crab rangoons!!! it’s a beautiful experience. i’ve noticed it’s a pinch short staffed but nothing crazy, if it’s busy just be patient. the bathrooms can be a little questionable at times…. but they’re really good with drink refills, checking in, clearing plates, and making sure everything is good! i love how they have little mix in plates on the side with the pho! i can’t stress how good this place is!!!

I truly believe that great service can make a huge difference for any business. Properly trained and attentive staff can elevate the entire dining experience. Unfortunately, during our recent visit, the lack of attention from the staff had a significant impact on our experience. There were four of us, and it took about 15 minutes before a server came to take our drink order. After that, we waited an additional 45 minutes with no updates. At that point, we didn’t feel comfortable waiting any longer for our food order, so we made the decision to leave.
I hope you’ll take this feedback into consideration. Strong customer service is one of the most important parts of running a successful restaurant, and investing in trained, professional staff is essential. It’s important to ensure that anyone hired—whether they are family members, younger workers, or anyone else—is fully prepared, trained, and committed to providing excellent customer service.

Ordered $40 of food, was given the the wrong food but didn't find out until I got home. When I called they offered to replace it if I drove 30 miles back to restaurant. I said that was too far and they said, sorry. I asked for some compensation and they said they would give me 15% off my next order. Then they hung up on me and blocked my phone number. My friend called from their phone, they took my name and number and said a manager would call me Tuesday, but of course they did not call. The food was not memorable or cravable and I wouldn't return if it were free. It seems they don't care about customers at all.

Had a taste for some Pho and this place was recommended. I got the beef and brisket and added shrimp . The large is a huge serving!! Brothbwas very good as well as the service . Priced decently as well

Absolutely filthy restaurant. Bathrooms were disgusting. High chair was caked in food. Had to ask 3 times for drinks, finally got them after 20 minutes. Staff was rude. Sticky rice was hard as A brick. For context, I don’t think I have never left a negative review at any restaurant.
Food was amazing! Drunken noodle and pad Thai were top notch. We got takeout, it was ready within 15-20 mins as stated, hot and delicious. Very fresh ingredients. We will be ordering again soon!

This is what passes for 4+ stars in Holland, MI? Ordered through DoorDash and the pho was just boring. Plus, with broth didn’t fit in the container they sent. Also had Pad Thai and that was acceptable.
