Also, I really miss some of the original sandwiches and salads from the old Bistro Pizza menu. I know many other long-time customers would love to see them return, especially if the quality is as good as it is at this location.

Food was cold told me they were still working on it. Waited another 10min for cold pizza and bread sticks. MARCO pizza all the way. I've been on a kick for months now with Marco hands down best pizza in town. Stay away from pizza hut. Pizza quality like little caesar or worst. I use to like pizza hut. What is going on? And pos system so nasty. Looks like a little toddlers tablet not washed or taken care of. People cool food nasty.....sad face

Awful. Literally the worst workers making 0 effort to help anyone out on the simplest of tasks.
I called in a phone order the cashier put it under a walk-in so when I came in to inquire about my food the cashier could not find my order. My pizza was light on toppings and heavy on sauce... No flavor.. The staff were talking about each other exchanging insults.....

My food was delivered cold and almost an hour after the time it stated it would be delivered. The manager promised me a credit when I called to complain. He said I needed to use the credit within 30 days. When I called three weeks later to use the credit, the person I spoke with said a credit was never noted for me. Thankfully she honored what was offered but I will not be buying food there again.

I’ve ordered at this location once for carry out couple or so years ago. Arrived at drive thru & had to wait 2-3 minutes due to the employees standing around talking before opening the window and ask for the name of the order. When me & my family were about to eat the 2 pizzas, it looked like a frozen pizza and wasn’t cooked enough. Unacceptable! Seems like some people who reviewed this location recently had these similar issues happen as well two or so years after I ordered carry out. DO NOT recommend this Pizza Hut location to anyone. I will never order pizza here again. I would rather order pizza at the Zeeland Pizza Hut location or at a different pizza place like Hungry Howies. Pizza & service at the Zeeland Pizza Hut location and Hungry Howies is better than this South Washington Pizza Hut location.

If I could rate this a 0, I would. We got there, the staff all except 1 man, were standing around just chatting it up, and there were people already ahead of me that needed service and help. When I say the unprofessional environment of this place was ridiculous, it was ridiculous. The parking lot has so many potholes. Please be safe getting in and out of it. The place was messy and unorganized, and the manager herself (didn't get her name) was oblivious to the needs of the customers because she was too focused on gossiping RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE CUSTOMERS! Asking for extra plates should never cost extra dollars or cutlery. Please go elsewhere. We ordered for pickup, and it wasn't even worth the expensive price we paid for because we still had to wait an additional 15 minutes until the gossiping was over and done with. Pizzas were getting colder, the order was bunched up into boxes, and I couldn't say or get started with the restrooms! Just disgusting.
Parking: Tons of potholes and EXTREMELY crowded spots to park
