Been going here since I was a kid. Bottomless fries, burning love burger, campfire sauce. Be sure to ask for extra baskets of fries before your food even comes out. Extra campfire sauce too. I'm glad Holland still has this around. Been going here since I was a kid. Lots of fries I've eaten here. Not healthy obviously, nor are my tips, but the service has always been good as far as I can ever remember. Keep supporting this place, lots of them are closing sadly

I got a bottomless caesar salad for 6 bucks, and it was okay. Maybe a little too much dressing, but it was well worth the price. The staff were very courteous and quick, and I've always loved the over-the-top Americana theming. I'll come back here to try other stuff,

The food was soaked and dripping in grease. Chicken strips and fries were gross and chewy, they were super oily and it tasted like they never change their oil. Everything including the appetizer tasted like soggy burnt oil. Never going back here. Don’t recommend.

People knew what they were doing. Girl was nice.

Holland Red Robin is usually a hit for us. Most recent visit had great service, but fries weren't hot and they were not crispy. Burger was tender, juicy and what I expected.

Worst service there i ever had there on Saturday night never refilled drinks or fries didn't even bring out food kitchen help did said he didn't want it to get cold in the window, watch waitress on here phone

Always the best and best fries ever.

I’m still here. Sat waiting for someone to come to the table. I sat here watching them wait on everyone around us that came in after us. When the waitress came she was rude with lots of facial expressions to match. Not a what can I get for you. It was “ what do you want for food “. We’ll see how the food is if it ever comes out. Less than impressed.

it went as expected. about a dozen cold fries on my plate with my burger. burger was pink and i ordered well done. I wont say I will never go back. But only if I am with people that want to go there. So many other places with much better customer service. I think the mentality is becoming we have to tip instead of they should earn a tip... and I usually tip large.

Came in today at about 11:50ish I believe our servers name was Lauren, if that’s not her name I’m sorry, it was the tall server with long black hair and a black bow. I was greeted at the door maybe 20 seconds after walking in, no big deal. Our server had brought us our appetizer with dirty plates… Ashamed a restaurant like this gives its costumers dirty plates… Honestly our server Lauren saved the entire experience. She was very attentive and eveyrhting came out correctly. Started with a rough start, but she was professional and made sure we were taken care of.
