Was there with a rather large party, approximately 15 of us.
We had reservations, so it wasn't a surprise to the staff there.
Food was very good and served at correct temperatures.
Service was pretty good for a large party.
We would definitely go back!
I don't think I would make this a destination but it's just fine if someone else wants to eat here.

Every dish I've had at Red Rock Grill has been very good. I really like the atmosphere - the many windows allow the greens to be seen while dining.

My husband and I went for my Birthday dinner here November 5th
Our dinners were absolutely delicious. I had the Maple Glazed Salmon and my husband had the Parmesan Crusted Walleye. Presentation and the tastes were right on. We also shared a dessert, the White Chocolate Raspberry cheesecake, also delicious. A nice feature is a person can get 1/2 off their dinner up to $20.00 on their Birthday.

Bethany at the bar is fabulous. Service is always excellent and the Ahi Tuna is my absolute favorite on the menu.

They need to give you a lesson about using the lava rock. My meat was pretty much raw so I cut it up and then the rock kept cooking it and ended up over cooked. Need a lesson on all that.

Had the Texas Twinkie pizza, admittedly, not fond of the name, but it was fantastic. I have been concerned about getting meat like brisket on pizza as it can dry out, but that was not the case with this. Two in my party got the filet mignon which comes out on a hot lava rock so you can cook it to your own preference. The cuts of meat were beautiful. The waitstaff was great, attentive, and friendly. Worth every penny

A great restaurant with a lovely view.
My husband and I enjoyed our dinner overlooking the golf course.
My hubby had the NY Strip Steak on the volcanic stone and it was delicious.
I ordered the perch dinner and while good it wasn't the best I have ever had. I had some of my hubby's steak and wish I had gotten that instead.
The staff was friendly.

Wow. An impressive golf resort restaurant. One with a very appealing menu that they refused to serve us. Stopped in with four hungry adults at 7:45pm on a Sunday. Was turned away by the nicest guy in a light blue polo shirt. Ended up going elsewhere to spend 200 plus tip . I imagine we won't be back seeing how we live over an hour away.

Looking for a great steak in the area, I found the Redrock. I actually went there twice. The first time, the joint was almost empty, and we had an exceptional steak and very competent service. We were so enthused that I came back with my mother, but this time there was a wedding party upstairs and the restaurant downstairs was nearly full.
We ordered the exact same thing as before, but this time it was clear that the service was either undertrained or overwhelmed. Nearly every element of the experience was amateurish. The order was taken wrong, one of the steaks came out with a spicy seasoning, perhaps from another dish, rather than being offered an appropriate glass, two beer cans were just plopped down on the table.
Perhaps the most disturbing though, was staff addressing us from behind, rather than coming around the table to face us. One was a person wearing a silver shirt, who I eventually came to suspect was a manager, but in the moment was just someone speaking too loudly, from too close, from behind us, and not more than 90 seconds after the last person had pulled the same move.
So, while I can definitely recommend it for a quiet day, from our experience the service falls down on a busy day.

Their chef is nothing but a hot headed woman beater with a domestic violence record and enjoys making death threats. Management at RedRock doesn’t care. Does its patrons care? I don’t know too many people who like to support places that protect woman beaters.
Very nice dining experience. We sat on the patio and loved the view. My Chicken Picata, sans capers, was very good. Great overall experience. Will return.
