Bruschetta : too acidic ; too much balsamic vinegar Fish sandwich : did not taste good Chicken Parmesan: my chicken was burnt, they tried to hide it with a big ol piece of mozzarella, but you could taste it. I cut open a piece of my chicken and the meat inside was dark brown not white 😬; the pasta sauce was watered down canned sauce. It was one of those times that I was scared to eat it because I was worried I would get food poisoning. The price point is more expensive than olive Olive Garden for the same dish but the quality of ingredients simply doesn’t match. Spent over $80 and ate barely any our our food . Wouldn’t go back …

Not saying I don’t recommend but here’s our experience: First time. Want to be kind, but truthful. Perch is way, way over battered. Not a good way to serve lake perch. Other entrees were okey. Anyway, the other thing I found odd was the server did not leave the check at the table but stood there with his machine. I said we need a minute and he just stood there. I asked for a minute, and nothing. I paid him, got not check, no receipt.

We just visited Reservoir for the first time. The place was clean and the staff was friendly. The food was incredible. They were wonderful about knowing what was gluten free and what I could have. They do offer a gluten free bun for the burgers and label which items on their menu are gluten-free and vegan. I ordered the impossible burger without a bun and was able to have chips on the side. I would definitely recommend dining here!

We were excited to see the Ottawa Beach Inn get a new lease on life as the Reservoir. Actually, we thought it was even better than OBI. Everything on the menu looked amazing and when our order came it exceeded our expectations. Our server Alyssa was excellent which took the experience to the next level. Most restaurants we’ve gone have been decent for the most part but Reservoir knocked it out of the park! Just be sure to come hungry as the portions were pretty good sized.

This was a pretty nice place and the food was pretty good. They have a bit of a unique menu, which is nice. Nicely decorated and I like that they have regular individual bathrooms. The only downside (other than the uncomfortable chairs) was the flies. I had seen it mentioned in another review but figured that was probably summer. This wasn't summer and flies were so pesky I had to cover our food with napkins while we were eating. I hope they call an exterminator.

First time visit coming from out of town and it’s mediocre at best. Server was okay, not talkative and straight to the point. I felt like I was hurried to eat and pay. The view was pleasant and seeing the water while eating is always a delight. Outside seating was plenty but I chose inside. Caution: Beware of flies if sitting inside. I had the classic 2 smash patties with cheese and kettle chips(skip them), side of onion rings/ranch. Honestly nothing tasted amazing to me but willing to give it a second chance. I was leaning on 2 to 3 star rating and decided to do a 3. We shall see what happens on the next visit.

2 out of 3 of us tried for the first time and everything was fantastic! Love sitting up at the bar rail and they have extra specials for those customers. Jamie was great also . We will be back !

We got in quickly but then proceeded to wait 55 minutes for our food. The waitress was too the point and not friendly at all. My husband and I ordered the Antonio pizza and it was so doughy and lacked flavor so badly it could have been a piece of cardboard. My husband did not enjoy it either. My mom got a grilled chicken sandwich and she was told multiple times it would be an up charge. My dad enjoyed his lake perch and my daughter liked her cheeseburger. The fries were soggy. Overall not sure I would come back after that experience which is sad because it’s a beautiful restaurant with such a pretty view.

We rode our bikes here today and receive an excellent level of service. The food was good and I appreciate they had a mocktail list to offer an additional beverage option beyond water or soda. Our server went above and beyond cutting up an orange herself to add to a kids fruit cup, our daughter gobbled it up!
