Great service
Not ideal as a family dining experience as expected for where it was located. Appetizers were brought out with plastic disposable plates and plastic silverware and drinks in small plastic solo cups. Not being impressed with the whole presentation of our appetizers and being told they needed a credit card to start a tab even though we were not staying at the hotel. So we cancelled the dinner order and paid for the drinks and appetizers which cleared my account to find 2 days later another charge from them pending on my bank account with no explanation as to why . Would not reccommend this place unless you are looking for a picnic atmosphere
Everything was hot and delicious! Best Mozz wedges we had! Fish and chips were on point! Great to have a really nice restaurant inside the hotel. It was a winter storm when we were here and didn't have to leave!
We had the breakfast buffet as Hampton Inn guests. Good as usual.
Ate here after checking in to our hotel room for the night. Pros and cons to having the restaurant adjacent to the pool, but we thought it was pretty entertaining! My partner is gluten-free and our server made sure he was taken care of, including having the kitchen remake his tacos after they accidentally came out in flour tortillas. We loved being able to bring drinks into the pool area too.
I enjoy the time I spend at Sharkee's. Rebecca and staff are always friendly. Jehan is top notch. She should be the benchmark for all others.
What a great place to chill and have conversation! Also the staff is great!
Jamie did a great job managing some challenging customers, the tvs not working, and being all alone on a Sunday night for a football game when the lions are on!!!!

We stayed at a neighboring hotel and came over here every night for dinner and drinks. We usually sat at the bar, excellent bartenders food and service.

So I always hate to leave bad staff reviews, but sometimes I have to tell it how it is. The staff was ok for bar staff, when they did come by or you get service it was ok. Getting service was tough, you would sit for a long time with no one coming by, and you will have to flag them down. The food that I ordered was forgotten, and I did have to say "hey were is my sandwich?" And my second drink. I got a friend "oh sorry" and such, and truthfully I'm ok with it I'm no Karen about that. Maybe management needs to hire more help, or help them with a bit more training/insight, but it is what it is for a hotel bar. The food selection is bleak at best, I have a feeling it's due to the kitchen equipment that is available. The worst part was the morning breakfast time, my wife went down at 6 minutes past when breakfast was done. Grabbed coffee and went to have grab a bagel that was still sitting there on the buffet, only to have a teenage boy yell at her to leave it, because breakfast was over. I get yes it was over, but it wasn't a special request, no prep needed, just a bagel in a plactic bin, but nope leave it lady.
