Simpatico Coffee Joint - Holland Northside

I frequent the north side location and the staff there is so friendly and fast! Coffee is always delicious and they always have at least 2 gluten free muffin options. I also use the refillable container for coffee beans so I can enjoy Simpatico coffee at home! Thank you for so many options

Not fresh or good. Pretty such an acai bowl is not meant to be microwaved. Smoothie was more of a juice, and way too sugary. Coffee was lacking as well, very watery. Would love to support local but there's clearly some work to be done here to get to a higher standard. Had to unfortunately go to Starbucks across the parking lot afterwards

Great service and the low acid coffees are $$$$$

Love the coffee here otherwise it would be one star. Waited 30min for a 2lb bag of coffee beans watching others be served before us. One person working with a store full of people and a drive through. Come on! Do better for your customers. We will not be returning to this location. There was an older couple that complained they were waiting 40 min to 2 black coffees. This is not an employee problem, it’s an ownership problem!

Nice spot for coffee on Holland’s north side, located in the Family Fare supermarket plaza at Riley and Butternut. It’s not quite as cozy as my favorite coffee spots, but their açai bowl is second to none! Good coffee and friendly staff. They even have a printer!

Nice little shop I found when I started using the nearby grocery store. The hot chocolate is good, and I'm definitely getting the chocolate chip banana bread next time I stop in.

Great coffee! Suburb customer service. Clean restaurant. Nice place to chat with friends.

Came in and the employee was on the phone the whole and never took our order. Made eye contact with her and she never spoke to us. Not a good experience for someone from out of town.

The dine-in service and atmosphere was very friendly. I ordered the Spiced Tea Latte and when I was looking for a little bit of sweetener, the barista eagerly offered my choice of sweetener to improve the taste. The baked good (GF/Vegan) was delicious. I'm not from the area but it seemed like a well-loved neighborhood gathering place as well as a joint for professionals looking for a place to work for a few hours. I'd return and recommend it!
