Worst speedway ever. Juanita, on 2nd shift, appeared new cause she was not knowledgeable at all as to operations in general. She was hateful and rude. I had to go out and come back in and she was having a powwow at the register talking negatively about me. I won't go back unless she is trained properly or fired. Horrible experience

Only 1 flavor of icee available and the store was a mess overall
Tire pressure pump wasn’t working properly but still charged my card. I’ve never had a speedway throw so much of a fuss about refunding me my $2. I paid for a service, if I don’t get it just give me the damn refund.

High employee turn over rate, which seems to make it difficult to have well trained and efficient staff. There is also a lack of professionalism by employees at times. The inconsistency of hours in recent months has been frustrating. The failure to have the coolers stocked is also frustrating, because the merchandise is in the coolers behind the reach ins. There is plenty of kindness from other employees, and it is typically clean.
