Just stopped here and had the staff actively ignore me while they chatted with each other and a line of four more people formed behind me. Finally, a different batista came to take orders, and still got mine wrong. The staff was so slow, and now backed up when there wasn't a single person in line or order being made when I arrived and waited five minutes before the two girls stopped chatting. Wasn't going to leave a review, but realizing they also messed up my order (gave me vanilla flavor and cold foam instead of salted caramel) pushed it over the edge.

They get the order right and never run out of stuff unfortunately they don't use the startbucks points or heat your stuff since they don't have an oven. Other then that drinks are good and the people are nice.

Workers unfriendly and talking about how they wished they didn't work there. Drinks were made wrong, even though I specifically asked them if they understood. Standing and talking to their friends and ignoring customers when they were trying to order.

Ordered 4 Frappuccino’s the barista didn’t say one word until she handed them to us she said “ Umm can you guys not come back here and just go to a stand alone Starbucks if you’re going to order this much” I’ve been to hundreds of Starbucks from here to Atlanta and never once been told not to come back for buying too many coffees!!! Then to top it off she didn’t even put ice in the Carmel Frappuccino so it just tasted disgusting. Thank god I won’t be returning to this location!!!

I felt very uncomfortable with the girl at the counter. She smelled messy and her mask was unclean and her hair was knotted. She said inappropriate things on smoking weed. I will not be returning when I am back in town on business. This was a very rough morning due to the this visit.

Starbucks sewer girl is rude and slow. Every time I come in there the smell keeps getting worse and her hair looks like a birds nest. They need a class on personal hygiene for their staff members. When I have time I drive across town just so I know I am getting a drink that I feel safe drinking without the extra worry. Wash your hair and change your attitude.
