Today I went to get a coffee at Starbucks in my local grocery store on south Washington in holland mi and was informed their pos card reader wasn’t working. Server said they’ve called several times to get it fixed but Starbucks I.T. hasn’t fixed it yet and it has not work in 6 days. What the Heck? Big B’s coffee comes in second to SB’s but at least the credit card machine works.

Way too pricey do I pay $8 for an iced coffee when I could go to McDonald's right down the road and pay three and it is just as good just add caramel or chocolate drizzle

We placed a mobile order approximately 30 minutes ago. In store and other mobile orders have been processed. While I do understand the momentum that can occur with crowds, when the barista states she can't check on your order after you explain the situation, it causes quite a bit of frustration.This is the second time I've had Starbucks this year and won't be the last, but I will avoid this location.*Editing 5/28 for a spelling error.
When you come in the morning, you know you will be handled with care and served with a smile. The two ladies that open make sure your order is correct, are fast, and are hard workers. I can see they take pride in their work. The afternoon shift can learn a lesson from these two.

I always get good customer service and delicious drinks when rebeca is there but today march 31 around 2pm not only the drink was disgusting the customer service was horrible the barista scream at me because I ask nicely for a different drink not sure why she works with people when she is definitely not a people’s person she keep saying that she’s nice to the customer that visited often ???? I wonder if this is something that she learn from management?

Worst Starbucks in Holland, employees are so rude and not willing to make anything right. The manager Sheila is the worst of them all. There are only 2 girls there that are nice. They make you feel rushed when ordering by glaring at you. They give you attitude if you tell them that something is wrong and will not make it right. The drinks rarely taste good, it depends on who is making them. They need to train them all the same so they all make the drinks the same. Half the time there is no flavor so I waste my money. I spend so much money at Starbucks just to be treated horribly when I come to this one. I would completely avoid this one but it is the closest one to my home.

I ordered a tea matcha, there were two girls, they were smiling, after I paid, I didn't leave a tip, so they changed their service attitude. Had to call store manager but they said there wasn't one in service, when got ahold of one then manager said it wasn't true we told him they were being racist.
