I come to this starbucks because of convenience, but every time I do the customer service isn’t very good, my drinks aren’t made right or it’s really slow. I understand mistakes happen but I frequent this location and it’s almost every time!

Ordered a venti black tea with lemonade with classic sweetner. Got a black tea. I've was a daily customer and have stopped coming back as it is 90% of the time the drink is always wrong. I decide yo go back today and give it another shot to my disappointment nothing has changed.

I went through the drive thru this morning. I ordered a grande bold black coffee. I looked at the screen it said Ice Coffee. After telling the woman taking my order I don’t want ice coffee she finally said ok and got it right on the screen. Got to the window paid the woman she handed me cold coffee! I asked why is my coffee cold. She just looked at me. I told her I wanted hot coffee where she reply’s at least it doesn’t have ice in it!! Terrible service. Will never go back

The customer service has been horrible the last few times I’ve come here. No greeting. No “thank you” for leaving any tip at all. They treat you like more of an inconvenience rather than appreciating your business and loyalty.
I’ll be going to Biggby from now on, where they’re always kind and so deserving of the tips!

Not a lot of seating. It's fine if you expect it. They expanded the kitchen at some point which probably allows for a larger menu. But I just go for black coffee. It was weird to have to ask for a code to enter the bathroom.

Either us Holland folks love this Starbucks or the service slow, there’s always a long line of cars whenever I get coffee.
Their coffee is a hit or miss, sometimes its awesome but at times its just alright.
