So I’ve been going to this Starbucks almost everyday for the last 5years and today just showed me why I always love going to the Starbucks. Today they made my drink perfect 🩷🩷🩷 like always and also Dyllan was working the window and he made a joke today and it made the experience definitely fun :). Keep up the great work!!!!!

Starbucks is where customer service comes to die. If you’re hoping for a lecture with your coffee, this is the place for you! Last week I got a 3’ speech about why I can’t order a miel, with full instructions on ordering “a milk latte with honey and cinnamon”. Or you could just make it if you know what I meant? Today when I asked for a sleeve for my cup I was educated by staff that “we dOnT gIvE sLeEveS for gRaNdEs”. What a wild world we live in, that you have to debate over a coffee sleeve. Every time I think “I’ll give it another chance”, this place makes me want to tattoo “Regerts” across my forehead. I will say one positive thing about this place- A+ job pushing business to excellent places like Sympatico!

I waited inside for 25+ minutes for a tall iced coffee and had to leave without it. If service is going to take that long, customers should be told upfront.

Worst customer service ever. It took 40 minutes to get my drink after placing my online order. Online order said 6-9 minutes for my order to be ready. When speaking with the manager he basically blew me off and said there is nothing he can do about it. As much as I love starbucks I won’t be back to this location.

Ordered online, waited 10 mins in the drive thru just for the lady in the drive to tell us she has 3 other orders she has to make before us so we should come back??? Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Happy Mother’s Day. 🥴

Really enjoyed my breakfast this morning. Definitely recommend Starbucks in the AM.
They were very busy, so my order took about 10-15 minutes, but they were working hard and polite, so I didn't mind. The food at any Starbucks is a last resort. Better off just sticking to the yummy coffee, unless there are no other options.

They literally fill my cup to the top with ice so I get hardly any coffee and they almost always mess up my order. Don't have any modifications to your order because they will not get it right. I wish I lived closer to the 16th st one because they never mess up and don't fill my cup to the brim with ice. Do better north Holland location!
