Me and a friend went in for coffee and i have received mine within 15 minutes but my friend never received hers we waited for almost an hour from 2:45pm to almost 3:30pm and still no coffee for my friend. She went up one time to ask about her coffee and they stated "we are really busy and we are trying to get the orders out as quickly as we can". Both of us understood that they were busy but we got tired of waiting for my friends one coffee. Probably won't be going back here again unfortunately ?

Not as good as the union 'Bucks, but maybe better than average. Got my order right in a fair amount of time. I'm dismayed at the strange new customer service English "Have a nice rest of your day," instead of, "thank you." "I'll help who's next in line," "Would you like anything else at all today?" It's exhausting! But all Starbucks are like this. I don't know if the other SBs are like this, but the workers here assume all customers are regulars and aren't comfortable with someone like me who can't figure out which of the fancy iced coffee drinks I might want for a change. Usually in a coffee place I order coffee (just a cup of coffee) or an espresso. Simple. But I like to drink out of ceramic ware, cup and saucer, a cup of coffee or an espresso cup. That probably sounds terribly old fashioned to you, but it would be better for the environment than all the trash generated by the disposable alternatives and it would make sitting down for a coffee more pleasant. They do this all over Europe, and they used to do this all over America. Since I had to get some big disposable plastic cup anyway, this time I thought I'd try one of the tall exotic coffee drinks that everyone else was drinking (taking to go), but the counter workers couldn't explain them to me, couldn't describe them, and in fact had the strangest look of panic when I asked about them. I knew of two ways to get young people to stop listening to me and go away, 1) talk about composting, 2) talk about insurance, and now I know a third: 3) ask the difference between an iced chocolate Almond Milk Shaken Espresso and Iced Carmel Macchiato.

No scones, no napkins, and a microwaved croissant... coffee was good though.

Staff is always nice and drinks are always made well. On very rare occasions where something is made wrong, staff members are always courteous when resolving the issue.
