I did the Stovetop Roastery Tasting and Tour. I learned so much about coffee and brought my tasting skills to the next level. I had never done a cupping before and was blown away by the smell of dry ground coffee vs. wet coffee and then the taste. It was a great education and wonderful way to spend a Saturday morning. And all questions were welcomed and answered thoroughly. I would highly recommend

This place is the coolest! You’re literally inside their roasting workshop, it just feels like a new type of punk I love it! We had some iced espresso drinks and they were fantastic, we also tried their matcha special was also great. They have the cutest merch, I love the cold coffee glasses, lattes come in them too.

I can’t say enough good things about Stovetop. Each time I’ve been in, whether I’m grabbing a coffee to go or sitting and hanging or working for hours, my day is brightened by the amazing lattes and exceptionally friendly staff that clearly enjoys what they do. I’m telling you - customer service lives on!! And so does good coffee. Go get yourself some 🤩

We did the Stovetop Holland Roastery Tasting and Tour and it was AMAZING! I admit that I had low expectations and thought it would at least be good local coffee, but the tour was a terrific experience. We loved it! There was so much information and the tasting really opened our eyes to the differences in coffee.
Additionally, the coffee itself was terrific and the pop up bakery was fantastic!
If you are anywhere near Holland you need to do this!

What a gem of a roastery! I really dug the warehouse-y vibe. The coffee was very good too. I got a pour over and 2 different cookies which were very tasty. I was impressed enough to buy some whole beans. Will definitely be back next time I'm in town.

On a trip to Holland, MI, this was my favorite coffee stop. Their house coffee was delicious (tried vanilla latte and cappuccino) and the food/treats in the case were amazing! Out of any coffee shop I’ve been to in the area this is the one I would recommend most. The atmosphere was also cute and welcoming and the barista was very friendly and helpful.

The Tour! Yes, Stovetop has a COFFEE TOUR! I do not believe that it’s well known about, but it is normally once a month on the second Saturday. This tour is behind the scenes and a full sensory experience. You will have the opportunity to feel, see, smell, and taste coffee from a raw state all the way to a finished cup. Wait, did I leave a sense out, oh yeah, sound! Did you know coffee makes sounds when it’s roasted? Just ask, they will tell you all about it. The tour is great for people who know nothing at all about coffee or the aficionado who wants to nerd out on coffee origins, equipment, roast levels, etc.
DO IT! You won’t be disappointed. It has to be one of the best VALUED tours ever! It’s only $20 per person, you get free coffee during the tour, and a bag of coffee at the end of the tour (you get to pick the bag!).
In order to book the tour you need to go to their website, then click events. It’s currently the only tour they offer. Oh, and seats are limited to 6 which is nice.
On to the Coffee… read the other reviews. Everything we have had is great. You can’t go wrong.
The staff… we normally run into Bell or Braydon. Service is exceptional, they are truly passionate about coffee, and some of the nicest people we have met.
Finally, they also have FRESH baked goods from Smitten Bakery. I love the scones.
***Half-way through this review my wife told me I was writing too much, but I couldn’t stop. Enjoy!***
