These people absolutely suck!!!! I order on line and waited in the lobby for 23 min! I shouda just stood in line since there were taking care of them 1st horrible service

I had the best Subway sub of my life at 11:15am on a Tuesday. The bread tasted fresh and not soggy and the topping ratio was so perfect.

I got the rotisserie chicken on herb and cheese bread toasted.

Food is fine, it's subway. Rude employees who will talk badly about customers right in front of them. Definitely go elsewhere if possible.

Extremely incompentent. The lady and male attendant on duty at 8AM, Feb 1 would not take my catering order, refuses to be helpful, and was very sarcastic and sass. These guys hire the rudest and uncapable workers possible. I was told that I can call in and speak with a a manager the evening before the next day for a corporate catering order because their website does not work but the lady who picked up was completely clueless, refused to give any info or co tact with the manager, and would keep repeating "just use the website, nothing i can do" even as I explained the situation. Save yourself the trouble and find a different subway, Jersey Mikes, or Jimmy Johns. This way you can actually fulfill a order and save yourself the headache from incompentent and lazy staff.

The store is very dirty, its like they don't even clean there at all. Additionally, you can't even see what types of meat they have so you have to order based off on memory. I WOULD NOT recommend eating or ordering here. I'm just going to go to jersey Mikes Instead. This place shouldn't exist and is a disgrace to the subway name.

Not really sure what happened. Been going here for years, have had no issues with the portioning. Last few times I've been here, they give hardly a pinch of cheese. If you ask for extra after they've already given you the pinch, you get a very annoyed look, every single time, different people every time too (probably because subway doesn't pay their workers enough...). I don't particularly enjoy paying 8 dollars for lettuce and bell peppers wrapped in their new extra thin flatbread. Subway (in general, not this location specifically afaik, but I have no idea where else to mention this) has additionally removed the option to keep flatbread sandwiches untoasted on doordash for whatever reason? It used to be there, but they have gone through the effort of explicitly removing the option, so I can't just doordash it either, I have to go in and get mean looks! While I'm empathetic to the underpaid food service workers' plight of working for a company ever decreasing in quality, being the only location for Holland since the other closed down, henceforth swamped with everyone who wants subway, it makes me feel like I'm the bad guy for wanting a sandwich. I'll probably be trying the port sheldon location now.

1pm on a Sunday no employees behind the counter waited several minutes made eye contact with an employee in the back he never came to the counter to wait on us. Place was dirty the veggies looked like they were a month old and they were using expired mayo. Left because of no service and didn’t want to get sick from the food

I was door dashing. After i waited over 30 minutes the gal working told me that it was going to be another 15 minutesthem after I waited for another 25 minutes I went up and asked her and she said my order would be next. Needless to say I spent over an hour all for 2 subs. I lost my ass on this door dash. I miss Josh working there. my husband I pray that Josh never leaves there.

Google says they are open 24 hours, but often, they are not. Sometimes they are closed 3-3:30 am, sometimes 4-4:30 am. At least post your hours so people don't show up when google says you're open and it ends up being closed.
