Walked in at 3:55 used the bathroom went to order all employees had disappeared with a sign they’re closed from 4-430 which they could have easily told me when they greeted me on my way in I would have ordered right away please stop advertising open 24 hours

Subway now pushes you toward their deluxe combinations and doesn't even show the regular subs on the menu. The prices are comparable to chains like Jersey Mike's but the quality is not. This location also consistently has the worst service of any subway I've ever been to. The only good part is that it's open 24 hours.

Went in for a sandwich but the front guy was so rude he make me wait for 10 mins even though no customer was there in the store except me and he didn’t even care what i want and he didn’t even knew what sauce he has with him. Very bad experience

I love that this Subway is open 24 hours. I'm a 3rd shifter and don't have alot of options when it comes to getting a good to-go place to get a meal at. The staff at this Subway are very friendly and do an awesome job preparing what you ordered. I highly recommend visiting this Subway late night.

To whoever made my online order yesterday at 6:30 you owe me a new shirt, and a new sub😭😭 literally ordered two foot longs and one was perfect the other one however they decided to put the condiments on the outside of the sandwhich instead of inside??? it tore thru the paper bc i got extra sauce and all the sauce was on the wrapper and outside of the sandwich and everything fell on my lap. 10/10 do not order online they just put your stuff out in the open at this location last time i ordered online someone stole my sub before i got there and they acted like it was a burden to them to have to remake it for me and at first even said “i don’t remember having an order for that” wouldn’t even mention remaking it until i showed them my order confirmation which is fine just didn’t really appreciate the being questioned for so long about it especially being i had places to be which is why i did online.

Supposedly this is open 24/7. Showed up at 12 am and they had a closed sign on their door for 12 to 1230. Waited for 30 min till they came back. Was told they are actually closed till 130. Supposedly their computer reboots.
Very disappointed as I traveled longer to get my daughter a sub after work for her morning infusion since she won’t eat much with her cancer.
They should post down times so people don’t travel all the way for nothing.

Ordered for mobile pick up, said pick up at 1:55. Went in and they had not even started on my order, then when they did they left it and it got cold. The personal pizza I had asked for my son was meant to be plain and they added oregano to it. They should work on time management and keeping the incoming customers in line so they don't get confused or whatnot.

It's a gas station subway. What do you expect for atmosphere. IDK why they even bother with that category with some places? It's clean and the food is subway. You know what to expect.
Ordered online. Waited for 15 minutes AFTER the time that it was supposed to be ready which was 30 minutes AFTER I ordered. I get your busy but don’t offer online ordering if you don’t have the staff to complete the orders

I had the best Subway sub of my life at 11:15am on a Tuesday. The bread tasted fresh and not soggy and the topping ratio was so perfect.
I got the rotisserie chicken on herb and cheese bread toasted.
