10000/10. I am a wedding coordinator who picked up a very large late night snack from this location and they were so great! Most Taco Bell’s that I have picked up late night snacks from have not been so thrilled about such large orders. Not only were they super accommodating to do an order of 100+ tacos but everything was ready right on time and the 4 men on shift working helped me get everything in my car. I don’t know their names, but they were so kind and I wanted to give them the props they deserve!!!!!

My food was old and nasty. The flower tortillas was hard, the meat was cold. Clearly I was given some food that had been sitting and not freshly made.
This happens frequently at this location on the night shift with these same people.
So going forward I’ll just drive right buy and spend my money somewhere else.

Worst customer service ever, we decided to go threw the drive thru since the parking lot seemed full. Immediately no one greeted us took a good 2 mins not a hi how are you what can we get for you the girl obviously hates her job a ton! She didnt even give us time to finish our order just rushed us. This place has steady gone down hill and needs new managers cuz they obviously dont care at all!

Don’t order at this Taco Bell they give very small portions and always forget something in the order, I’ve been going here occasionally for years as i live so close, lately they’ve been cutting down on portions a crazy amount, I ordered steak street tacos, there was 2 slices of steak on each taco, other times I’ve been here I’ll order a normal menu item, there will be very little ground beef, sometimes so little that it isn’t noticeable with the other ingredients. If you’re going to go Taco Bell go to the one on Waverly, they are very good, friendly and give normal sized portions, these workers acting like these portions are coming out of their paycheck.

Love this place. Come at least once a week and everyone who works there is so nice. The food is BUS. The only thing is sometimes there is a very long line but ik they cant do anything about that and the food being so good makes it worth it.
Food not like it was in the past. Be disappointed the last three trips.

We walked inside at 3:00pm and ordered our food. After waiting 20 minutes the lady tells us the fryers are down and we can't get some of what we ordered. They forgot my wife's food.the food we were finally given was sloppy , wet , and just not good. We were there almost 30 minutes. Very unsatisfied customers we will not be back.

The past couple of times I've been there once this week and one last week, they have forgotten portions of my meals. I get the #11 and for my drink a baja blast. Last week with my #11 they forgot my chips that came with my meal, they forgot, I go today and get the same thing and this time they forget my drink! I never actually notice something's missing until I drive back home. This location is closer near me, but jeez. The one by northside Meijer has better service and they're even teenagers! The grown adults here, forget items of food too often.
