We walked inside at 3:00pm and ordered our food. After waiting 20 minutes the lady tells us the fryers are down and we can't get some of what we ordered. They forgot my wife's food.the food we were finally given was sloppy , wet , and just not good. We were there almost 30 minutes. Very unsatisfied customers we will not be back.

The past couple of times I've been there once this week and one last week, they have forgotten portions of my meals. I get the #11 and for my drink a baja blast. Last week with my #11 they forgot my chips that came with my meal, they forgot, I go today and get the same thing and this time they forget my drink! I never actually notice something's missing until I drive back home. This location is closer near me, but jeez. The one by northside Meijer has better service and they're even teenagers! The grown adults here, forget items of food too often.

Parking: Denied service when told there was an altercation in the parking lot when accidentally parked in handicap spot. We moved less than a minute later realizing we were in a handicapped spot. When going inside, we were denied service due to the parking lot situation, later we called the location and they accused us of attempting to hit an employee.

It just makes me wonder. My son has been calling and calling North river about " now hiring" asking for job and gets waved off everytime. Is the hiring sign correct or false advertisement in Hollands finest city. They say they need help. I guess not that bad. Shame shame shame

I went at about 7:35am the lady was very rude . I asked for a bacon crunch wrap and got a steak , then she proceeded to argue with me about what I said bacon do not sound like steak. I’ve never even ordered a steak breakfast crunch wrap so I know what I asked for I get them almost every morning
