I love Taco Bell so much and the food is always great, but every single time I order cinnamon twists through the drive through I never get them. Seriously frustrating. Has happened over 5 times now.
Couldn't pay cash even though it gave me that option on the self service kiosk...asked why I couldn't pay cash and her reply was "because everyone pays with cards". Very snarky. Not needed or appreciated.
Tables aren't completely dirty. Some of them have leftover food on them. Others are sticky and still wet from wipe downs. Service is good. And the atmosphere is positivity fine.
