staff was unprofessional. Spencer did a poor job resolving the issue Liz will be hearing from me and the better business bureau about poor practices and unclean working conditions... Absolute zero customer service and they hide who they are so you can't report them.

Was having a terrible night so I decided to go to taco bell before they closed at 3 to grab something to fill my very empty stomach, but the things in my salad had clearly been sitting out for a while and had this massive black thing that I can only assume is burned beans or something.

I knew the food half an hour before close might be a bit subpar, but I didn't expect it to be completely inedible. I've given this place a great few chances, and they disappoint everytime. No more chances, won't be coming back ever and I suggest to go anywhere else. Even if it's just a different taco bell.

A piece of hair was in my daughter's Quesadilla. Called to let them know...VERY rude and argumentative!! Got a refund, by calling customer service. Only nice person was the drive-thru worker. The guy on the phone "Gina" was no help, and extremely rude...like I said.

I ordered my food mobile app. They said it was ready o go i. The dont even have my order ready. I then spend 25 minutes waiting for my food. I asked a few times about my order they said it was deleted so they had to remake it. My food was thrown at me i open the bag andd my taco falls all over the bag because it was not wrapped properly? seriously the worst service i ever revieved!

When walking into order it was a bit confusing because it's self checkout now which I got through it but a lot of ole timers might have a problem with that.. Secondly all the tables had food still on em so I had to wipe off the table so me and my buddy could eat and lastly when I went to bathroom after it looked like it hadn't been cleaned yet that day and the toilet was full of toilet paper...I won't be dealing with that again

Unwelcoming Experience at Taco BellUpon my recent visit to Taco Bell, I encountered a rather unwelcoming situation. The staff did not attend to us upon entry, and there was a noticeable absence of the traditional menu display on the wall. Instead, we were directed to use a computerized ordering system, which felt impersonal and somewhat forceful. The lack of human interaction and assistance left much to be desired.The convenience of technology should not replace the warmth of customer service, especially for those who prefer or require personal assistance. This shift to a fully automated service model without consideration for customer preference has led me to decide not to return. A balance between technology and human touch is essential, and unfortunately, it was missing in my experience at Taco Bell.
