Quick in and out visit. Was asked if I would be using the app, placed my order with a very kind young person, they offered me sauces, paid they informed me of the survey gave me my food and wished me a wonderful night with a smile.

No more customer service. It's all DIY. They say they wipe down the touchpads but not inbetween every customer. All it takes is for you to follow one sickly, germie person and down you go.🤢🤮 Use the drive-thru.

No overhead menu listing. Now it’s a touchpad which everybody touches…ugh!! I’ve been a customer of TB for eons but this was THE worst experience ever. The food was stale, tasteless and packed loose. There was absolutely no seasoning on the two burritos. The only good thing was the fries and cheese dip. The whole place was dismal and grungy. I will not be back.

"Menu board" went through a bunch of ads. "Cashier" said they only take orders on the kiosk. Through their efforts of doing less and trying to get paid more, they have lost out on a customer.
Stop passing your job off on robots, or you'll have no job! If your "restaurant" is run by robots, I'll go elsewhere.
Wheelchair accessibility: They have a curb so it's not easy for wheelchair bound folks.

Not much atmosphere, but that comes with the franchise, and that it's a fast food restaurant, not some hang out. However, the food is good and the service is quick and friendly. I like this location better than other's around town!!

Well they only forgot one hard taco supreme which resulted in a 2nd trip theu the drive thru. So it was fine (yep fine I don't really want to talk about it) I was hungry and hangry 30mins later

Getting worse and worse as I come here. Drive through should not take priority and have 8 go through before how many others inside wait.
The whole check put system shows lack of customer service and no matter what u get ur waiting 20 mins at least
