My experience at the Taco Bell in Holland, Michigan, was incredibly disappointing and frustrating. As an exhausted older customer, I just wanted to place my order, pay, and get my food the old-fashioned way—by talking to a person. Instead, I was forced to use a confusing touchscreen kiosk, which felt like a complete abandonment of customer service. I don’t understand why they can’t just use their register to take orders like they used to. To their credit, there was an employee willing to help with the kiosk, but that misses the point entirely. If staff are available, why am I, an older patron who’s not comfortable with technology, being pushed to do their job for them? I was tired and just wanted simple, human interaction to get my meal, not a struggle with a machine. Forcing elderly customers to use kiosks is thoughtless and alienates those of us who value personal service. This location clearly cares more about cutting corners than respecting its customers. I’m deeply disappointed and won’t be returning to this Taco Bell. I’ll be telling others to avoid this place unless they enjoy being treated like an afterthought.

This Taco Bell has really stepped up their game, even with multiple cars in front of me they are very efficient and get you your food, fast and well-made. The staff is extremely helpful and kind!

So I come here occasionally to get an iced coffee (which is random Ik) but anyways I don’t like to order on the app bc it doesn’t give the option to add cream or sugar. So I order at the window but I do like to save my receipts to get points (and eventually free items). I noticed every time a particular worker is there by the name Alisha, (typically in the mornings) I can never get my points for what I ordered. I scan my receipt and it says invalid entry. Makes no sense. And whenever she isn’t working, it works just fine. I’m just saying something isn’t right here, so this morning I went in to ask about it and she of course said they have nothing to do with the app. So just a heads up if you like to use the whole rewards thing

The women running the window at 12:30 pm on 3/ 25/25 was rude to me once she realized it was my food??? They make the error and get mad at you?? Rude!! Telling ne rudely " well you should've spoke up" I was waiting patiently. I didn't deserve to be treated like that. It was there error not mine!! Im a delivery person and I was obviously standing right in front of the delivery shelf. Ive been to other taco bells and they always approach me first to see who im picking up for.

Soooooo, after we were standing in line for about ten minutes with nobody in front of us. We were told they do not except orders in person! That being said someone else was waiting for their food they had ordered in person before we got there. The place was dirty. That staff had horrible consternation service stills. I would take an extra five minutes out of you day and drive to the Taco Bell on 120th street. Will never go here again.

Well I arrived in the mist of a panic. Broken fryer! I ordered my favorite, 2 taco bell supremes and left. This guy that worked there was kindly helping an older man order on the screen. Kudos for that.
