Oh well, we rarely go to Mexican restaurants for obvious reasons (we are always disappointed of their food, more like texmex) but we went there with a friend and the food was OK until 1. They have cheese quesadilla, it is funny because quesadillas already has the word cheese in it (quesa = queso = cheese). There is no such thing as steak quesadilla or similar. That would be a taco. (Mexico city does weird things, so no, quesadilla is cheese only, period). 2. They served a quesadilla with yellow cheese (colby probably? there is no such thing as four cheese, or Mexican cheese if it is yellow) and sour cream, that is the MOST UNMEXICAN thing to do!!! Yellow cheese in Mexican cuisine is mainly used in nachos with jalapeño, corn, and/or chips.

I called to order pick up over the phone and the line directed me to a link that would be texted to my phone number. When I clicked on the link I chose the location I wanted to order from which was Taqueria Azteca in Holland. But for some odd reason it placed my order to a restaurant in Lansing. When I went to taqueria azteca they told me they never received my order and that the name on my online receipt was not then. So I contacted the name on my receipt. When I called to check on the status of my order they told me it was ready but I told them that I had followed the prompt on my phone which led me to a link that led me to order at his restaurant mind you this is all the way in Lansing and not in Holland. The owner could care less about my situation and was not willing to refund my order. So just a heads up to anyone out there wanting to utilize the online system at Taqueria Azteca. Don’t do it! Save your money and avoid being scammed by this online system!

Ordered chicken tacos, flour tortillas, cilantro, onion, tomato, cheese. Received tomato and cheese only. Waitress didn't quality check, or come to check on us again. Thought maybe she didn't write it down correctly, but check showed she did, so cook didn't prepare correctly. Red sauce runny. Not good experiences in the past year.

Jesus catered my daughter's wedding and did a beautiful job. It was more affordable than any plated catering, and definitely more delicious. Everyone could chose between three meats, or vegetarian. He grilled up fresh tortillas, and the servers loaded whatever the guests wanted. My guests (120) were all really happy. Thanks, Jesus!

The young lady that served us was attentive, cheerful and was bilingual. The food was prepared as requested and served warm and fresh. A great place to try a Mexican meal.
