Order was incorrect. I got chicken breast instead of steak. Sucks cause i paid more for the steak. Food was great though. Person who i spoke to was nice and understanding. They let me pick up the correct order next day. Edit- 09/11/25 They gave me the correct order the next day and were very accommodating. After trying the steak bowl it was also amazing.

We tried this place for an early dinner. We ordered a chicken breast and steak bowls with veg, fried rice, crab rangoon, potstickers and two drinks for two bowl combo's. The potstickers are super lightly fried and taste ok, I guess. The Rangoons are absolutely not worth the price. The filling is really good but lacking and the edges are super hard. The bowls are really dry and you definitely need an extra sauce or two. I paid for extra chicken and I don't think I got extra. The steak was strangely tasteless. The fried rice wasn't very good and the veg was way too raw. Overall it wasn't good or too terrible but I definitely don't recommend and we won't be back. It was just over forty dollars

It was our first time trying Teriyaki Madness yesterday and going into the shop it was very nice inside, very well decorated and the lady taking our order was very nice. I ordered the orange chicken, with white rice and vegetables with a side of edamame. My boyfriend got the chicken katsu with the white rice, vegetables and a chicken eggroll. When receiving our food she told us that the kitchen forget our chicken katsu? and that she would bring it out when it was ready. The portions were very off, the bowl was mostly rice and a quarter vegetables with the small amount of meat on top so that the bowl looked “bigger”. The chicken eggroll was wrapped poorly and clearly double wrapped to cover up how ugly the egg roll was. it didn’t work. The sauce given was a liquid consistency and I’m not even sure what it was? It was both liquid and sweet at the same time but also tasted bland as if it was mixed with water and sugar. After eating we both felt heavy and bloated for the rest of the day. The food also gave us stomach aches and pains as well as food poisoning. I really wanted to like it because there’s no chicken katsu in Holland. Highly disappointed.

The gentleman that helped us today was wonderful. He helped make everything super quick and easy. He was also very polite and helped the atmosphere feel super welcoming. Not to mention the delicious fresh-cooked food!

I got a bowl from here from DoorDash, the chicken was super chewy and undercooked and the rice was mushy and chewy in a not good kind of way, the veggies were okay. But for the price I payed for the bowl I’m really disappointed. At safe to say I won’t be coming back probably ever again.

First time at a T Maddness. Absolutely love it. Our cashier was very helpful and and friendly. The food servings were huge and delicious. A definite good place to eat
Quick, tasty, nutritional, and appropriate pricing. These four things make this a no brainer when I can't decide what to eat for lunch. The staff inside is always courteous and I go so often they know me by name. Orange spicy chicken bowl is my go to, good flavor I highly recommend.
