Steve, Beth and I had a great time @ Waverly Stone with Rae and Jersey which only added to the adventure of a great meal and service. We will be back and will be sure to ask to be seated in Jersey"s section.

In a strip of restaurants that tries to make you believe they are selling high-end and thoughtful dishes, Waverly Stone actually is selling high-end and thoughtful dishes. Tyler has great cocktails. Rae and the service staff are wonderful!A great dinner and cocktails? Skip EVERYTHING else on 8th street and get to Waverly Stone.

Seated, never waited on. Wavery is truly a 50/50 experience. Sometimes good, last night they missed by a long shot. We were seated by the host right away. There were plenty of open tables, and staff milling about. We looked over every bit of the drink, specials, and regular menu.. Watched tables get served and bussed all around us. My wire watched 1 waitress " doing circle laps, and another rolling silverware. Made eye contact with the host, standing by the podium, and the female bartender as she only had 2 folks sitting at the bar. Nadda. At 20+ mins. we decided Beechwood would be a good solution. They were fairly busy. Had to wait a couple mins to be seated and had food in under 20.

Another great meal! I had the Tabbouleh Salad with added grilled chicken. It was enough for two lunches. We have never been dissapointed with our experience whether we eat in or take away!

We ordered take out today for a work lunch. First time going there and my baked pasta was hard as a brick! Couldn’t even cut through it.

This was a pickup order. It was 20 minutes late from when they initially indicated. Whitefish dip worst we have ever had. Codfish very dry. Smashburger average. Parmesan mashed taters good. Lamb good.Slaw was not good. Overall value poor.

Very pleasant dinner experience. It wasn’t the cheapest place in town, but well worth the money. Quality has its price.
