I tried calling the place to see if they saw my wallet I may have left there, they didn't answer for a long time then when they did I asked if they saw a wallet and they said ok and hung up the phone and disconnected. Not to mention I stopped going here a while ago mostly because most of my experience nobody there speaks English.

We had multiple orders in our group and they missed both frosties on our orders and then seemed mad when we came in to get our items. Very disappointed in the customer service here.

Live nearby so I go here quite a bit. Not sure what happened to this place, but it’s bad. Stale buns, cold meat, often missing patties (A Dave’s Double turns into a Dave single on multiple occasions) Drive through is beyond slow. Who ever owns this place should be concerned because I’m not the only one noticing this stuff. It’s no longer worth eating at. You’re better off going to the BK near Staples or even yet, the other Wendy’s on Westshore Drive and Riley. I had Wendy’s at the other location recently and it’s a night and day difference. The flavor and what you’d expect from Wendy’s is very much alive at that location and very much dead at this one.

Ordered a baconator sandwich and a frosty. The manager gave me a spork instead straw. Also drive through speaker is blown out. Would say I'm surprised, but the 3.6 stars is kinda telling. Also $12 for a fast food burger and drink is a scam, let fast food fail.

Came at 9pm. Waited at the drive thru for 5 minutes before someone came on the speaker and said “the system is down for 10 minutes, sorry.” Girl with her intercom still on her head, standing at the back door with it open, smoking and laughing as I drive away.

Got to the drive thru. Was told to wait one moment. One moment turned into 6 minutes. Needless to say, I drove off.
A good place in my neighborhood to enjoy reading. The employees there are so used to seeing me that they pretty much know what I order!

The food was NOT fresh. Burger was cold, cheese was not melted. Chicken wrap like warm. Nuggets room temperature. And it's not cheap!

Food was what should always be expected, but not always delivered at fast food these days. This crew busts to deliver food hot, and quick, but also with great service and made with care. One of the best junior bacon cheeseburgers I've had, the nuggets and fries were great! The Christmas decorations, were a nice touch. Wife said the bathroom could've used some care, but otherwise it was a great Wendy's occasion, and it brought me back to the good old days eating out at Wendy's! Keep up the great work staff on the Wednesday night crew!
Vegetarian options: You can't go wrong with the baked potato.
Parking: Easy in and out on corner lot with a light.
Kid-friendliness: Kids love the biggy bag! So do I!
Wheelchair accessibility: I did notice the walkway up the front entrance there was a large curb, and there wasn't a ramp. I didn't notice but imagine the side entrance would be accessible.
