Went here for a simple dinner, meal was excellent… unfortunately the men’s bathroom reeked and looked like a highway rest stop… out of paper towel, toilet clogged, smells of urine.

For a tiny bathroom can’t be that hard to maintain…

Had a mobile order and they said they didn't have a single thing on my order available when I got there. They should probably make it unavailable to order then, no? They also claimed they couldn't give me a refund and I had to do it through the app, the app claims I have to call their store for a refund so something's not adding up.

IM VERY VERY TIRED OF TRYING THIS LOCATION LOBBY WASN'T OPEN ON TIME I CAME AT 8AM LOBBY WAS STILL CLOSED THEY WEREN’T ANSWERING SPEAKER VERY RUDE MULTIPLE TIMES I CAME HERE WE NEED NEW MANAGEMENT NEW PEOPLE THAT RUN THIS PLACE WAITED OVER 40 MINS THEY WASNT READY TO OPEN JUST LATE A MESS THIS LOCATION BE GETTING VERY BAD REVIEWS SMH DO BETTER!!!

I waited at the window 5 minutes to get sent to wait some more. Multiple times during the amount I waited I was told that they don’t have certain items I ordered (new one each time). Eventually I got sick of waiting and asked to cancel my order, which they said they could not do, nor was I able to through the app. Very disappointed in this location.

Seen the manager rub her nose, then dropped fries in the bag..I left! Couldn't order!!

They always do a good job here. Never had a wrong order in 9 years. Staff is always changing but they train them well. Eat both inside and drive thru. Inside is always a bit slow for speed in getting your food. Never have to wait long in the drive thru.

The food was great. But it gets irritating when you go through the drive-through and get on the road only to look in the bag to get napkins to wipe the ketchup off your hands only to find out that they didn't put any in the bag. Not just them but it seems to happen a lot with many fast food places.
