The food was great. But it gets irritating when you go through the drive-through and get on the road only to look in the bag to get napkins to wipe the ketchup off your hands only to find out that they didn't put any in the bag. Not just them but it seems to happen a lot with many fast food places.

We stopped in tonight from out of town, the guy at the register was polite but messed up my order. When he went to the manager on duty to explain, she was VERY rude. To me & him. She said, "well she didn't pay for it." To which he replied, "I messed up her order " she sharply retorts with, "we don't have potatoes anyway!" No, I'm sorry we are out of that. May I get u something else...just we don't have that. I wouldn't come back even if I lived near by! If I could give a negative score for attitude I would!🙁Very bad experience.

Found hair in my cinnamon roll, under the frosting. Couldn't find any staff and waited at the counter for a good 5 mins. When I asked for a new one, they didn't give me any frosting on top. Daughter didn't get a toy in her kids meal.

Went through the drive thru got 2 kids meals 2 meals the bacon double stack and the ghost pepper chicken sandwich everything was old and cold the burger didn't have bacon on it and the chicken sandwich was so old and cold that the cheese wasn't even melted so I brought the food back after I got home to examine it and told them what happened well they added the bacon to the burger and warmed the chicken sandwich and fries up in the microwave this place is never busy and that's why the south Washington one is way better save your intestines the trouble and go to south Washington run from this one because the city health inspector should be there to check the quality of the food these workers have no respect for food service the food at their home is probably just as bad due to the quality here.... I give this place 0 stars!!!
