Stopped by during spring break to get my younger brother some lunch. Recieved great service, the man behind the counter didn't charge extra for my brother's frosty AND still let him get a small sprite with his meal! I don't care for fast food, and have allergies that prevent me from eating at most places anyways. Even so, I had a good experience at my last visit to this Wendy's so I had to share! :)

They screwed up my order and I had to pay for something I didn't order was to busy and didn't want to make other patrons wait, who were already waiting.Food was as I ordered today 4/12/24, and very tasty

I'm a huge Wendy's fan and normally stop at Wendy's wherever I'm traveling. The food at this Wendy's was fine. Nothing wrong with it. But I was really frustrated with the staff, specifically the manager. He was working behind the counter, taking orders and interacting with customers, but was not in uniform. He also verbally chastised a team member in front of me and other customers. I realize I don't know the background with this manager and his staff, but if he had talked to me the way he talked to the worker, I would have quit on the spot. Also, the fact that this exchange happened in front of customers was a definite red flag. Team members who are ridiculed do not take pride in their work, so this type of toxic environment usually impacts the food, orders, and customer service. This manager needs training for how to lead a team and how to present himself in a professional manner.

We stopped here twice in one weekend. Both times our food was cold, and visibly obvious that it had sat in a warmer far longer than it should. Both my husband and my bread of the sandwiches were hard, indicating the bag hadn't been closed well.Bright spot: this is the only Wendy's where I haven't had to turn around to go back to get the sour cream for the sour cream and chive potato.

I just wanna start this review by saying I never write reviews I’m a really busy construction guy work 80+ hours a week and I just want to say that the manager and the morning cashier out here at this Wendy’s absolutely amazing every single time I order their very fast always happy. They remember me they ask me how I’m doing. They tell me to have a nice day. I absolutely look forward to seeing these guys, because they’re always happy. They truly do not get paid enough for the amount of service that they provide. There’s just simply not enough good things that you could say about good service when you’re in a hurry and these guys right here are absolutely hands-down all stars.

Went there today ordered a Dave's single. It wasn't even a Dave's single it was hard dry and didn't have the correct toppings on it. Took it back the manager refused to replace it. He because it was partially eaten! How would you know if it was horrible had you not bit Into it. When I told him it wasn't even made correctly and showed him that the cheese wasn't even melted and there were no onions when I ordered extra onions he still refused to remake it and was rude! Will not be returning.

This particular Wendy's really leaves something to be desired.Apparently I happen to visit when everyone and I mean everyone was on break. And when they returned no one was in a hurry to take care of the customers that were standing there waiting..So I walked out.

Staff were kind of rude and shoved our order to me.The food was about what you expect from Wendy’s. Okay, not great.My wife found a fly in her burger wrapping…so that wasn’t too appetizing.The app was nice to get a good discount though!

The worst place to buy food at, and the General manager is rude and doesn't care about serving people and severing quality food and threatens us because we complained about the food. He said he didn't care and that we can go somewhere else.
