This is the Wendy's that always gets it right! The food is always hot and delicious, and the early morning weekday staff is excellent! Way to go Wendy's! This is the only one we will visit.

My wife and I walked in and they had a single customer. We were not even acknowledged when 4 workers passed by us. We stood and waited at the counter and left 10 minutes later. We went to Culver's where they greeted us when we walked in and immediately took our order. Culver's had quite a few more customers as well. Save your time and money and skip this Wendy's.
Service was great filled our drinks, right to the brim. My fries were cheeks, tho came out soggy.

I just went there Friday night to the drive thru, and they said they only take orders via mobile app or Door Dash. REALLY?! What kind of BS is that? This is how you really lose customers. And there are a lot of people unhappy about it. Need to be fixed or there will be many many complaints on its way.

Absolutely some of the worst food I have ever tried to eat. We spent almost 25.00 for two burgers that were so dried out, and leathery, I could barely chew to swallow it. The hamburger was less than a quarter inch thick it was so dried. The baked potato was overcooked that its skin was crunchy and super hard to cut through to eat it. Of all the places we could have eaten, this was absolutely the worst! Hours later, not only does my stomach hurt, trying to digest less than half a burger, but the belching up for hours is awful. Both of us have been belching all night trying to digest this gut rot meal. On the good side, the staff was super nice. ( note?) We did not inform the staff how disappointed we were with the meal. We just left and vowed not to eat there again.
They advertise "fresh" food. We never received fresh food....it was all dried out and over cooked from sitting in a warmer for hours and hours. I have never received a bake potato from Wendy's before that the skin was so crunchy you could hear it crunching from across the table when my friend was trying to eat it. It sounded more like he was eating potato chips rather than a baked potato due to it being so dried out. I was very disappointed.
