The food is delicious. It's best when eaten fresh when served. It's alright on the second day. The cashier was kind and respectful. And the crew in the back were cracking jokes; that were making me laugh. Overall the atmosphere was nice and relaxing. Definitely will be going back.

Ordered some sandwiches during breakfast. AFTER I paid, they told me they were waiting for eggs, and it would be a couple of minutes, and vould i pull to a parking spot to wait. 20 minutes later, they brought me the wrong sandwiches, then said that eas what I ordered. They refused to refund me because I didn't have a reciept, but that was because they didn't give me one. Will not be going back to that store ever again.

The food here all had a vary off-putting flavor everything from the hamburger to the chilli and french fries. Not sure if it was a cleaner or what but I will never eat at this location again. We had to throw everything away and get different food.

Each time I come here it's a gamble, breakfast is usually made to order and fresh. Everything else you're gambling, chicken is usually double over-cooked as it's been sitting out for hours under way too hot heat lamps. The burgers tend to be on the shall-we-say.. Like-warm side of things. If you have the audacity to ask for made to order they scoff and brush you off and you will get borderline burnt food, most employees here seem to have no motivation or care for their work. This whole location needs an overhaul and staffing correction, I drive the extra 10 minutes to the north side because they actually care about the food you eat.
Clean and modern decor. Service was fine and quick. Prices sure have gone up. Chili was good. My husband had to send his Doublestack burger back because it was raw. Second one wasn’t much better but he dealt with it. Sad little burgers. “Where’s the Beef”??? Dave would be disappointed ☹️

Had to go to two Wendy's to get dinner tried the Wendy's at 250 N. River, stood at the register ror several minutes with two employees in sight. They didn't even acknowledge us! For the third time in the last few weeks, we walked out and went elsewhere. Went to a different Wendy's location, service was still a bit slow, but at least they acknowledged us

I ordered a burger and nuggets. They gave me a burger and fries, so went back in the drive-thru line. Had to wait to get back to the window and they refused to give me the nuggets unless I gave them back the fries (that I had already started eating). So I gave them the fries back and I really hope they didn't try to sell them to someone else (wouldn't be surprised if they did).
