Regards:My husband and me, are customers who go to - WHIT’S FROZEN CUSTARD- , several times and we like the quality of the ice cream. We were surprised this weekend, that while we ate our strawberry shortcake and we found ourselves with a hair in the meal. My opinion is that they should wear a hair protector, since they are working with food and it is unpleasant to find a hair in the food.I appreciate you taking my suggestion so that there are no more similar inconveniences.

The best custard around.

To begin, I rarely leave reviews. As a Wisconsin native, I’m a Culver’s supporter to the end. On a random vacation, I randomly stumbled upon Whit’s. It was utterly amazing. Simple design and menu. Hands down the best vanilla custard I have ever had. Walked in at closing time, apologetically, and was greeted by super awesome staff willing to hook it up on late notice. And I’m so thankful they did. Mind blown. A must stop location.

Absolutely delicious custard. Some of the best I had. They had all different flavors! My group was able to find all our preferred combinations for the all the custard dishes we got. Mine was the Hawaiian Lu’au and it was the best mixer I ever had. Will be coming back

Never have their monthly custard as stated in stock. Small choice ice cream selection.

We always look forward to passing by Whit's and seeing what flavor is on the sign outside. Often it makes is go around the block and find a nearby parking spot to get a scoop or two; it's so good! I love the take home pints as well since they have most flavors available for a decent price, and they always offer to soften it for a few seconds in the microwave do you can eat it now if you want to. Whit's has become one of our favorite local dessert stops!

We love Whit's custard and are always eager to learn about their flavor of the week. The staff is generally friendly and helpful. That said, the summer months are busy and sometimes the employees seem a bit overwhelmed, rushed and out-of-sinc. We often order a single scoop waffle cone of the weekly flavor. The waffle cones are always fresh and crispy and the custard creamy and flavorful.Recently we tried a couple of their sundaes. My husband thoroughly enjoyed the Macatawa Monster. It had huge pieces of peanut butter chucks in it. I ordered the Hawaiian Luau with pineapple, macadamia nuts and toasted coconut. Mmmm, mmmm good. The interior of the shop is small with limited seating. Yet, there are benches outside along both the front and back of the store. If you want to try the flavor of the week, be sure to get there earlier in the day. We've found they frequently run out around 7:00 pm.

Good custard served with a friendly smile. It's a bit costly but not unusual for downtown Holland.

Cashier was very friendly, answered all our questions and gave us sample of the weekly flavour "brown butter almond". Decided to get fruitier options. Love it here!

Everything is a little overpriced on Holland, but the portions here were pretty small for the price. The custard was delicious though, and there is a good variety of choices.

Great service. Excellent frozen custard! First visit. Would go often if we lived in Holland.

Delicious is an understatement. I had the Hawaiian luai'ed (may be incorrectly stating the name) as a whitser, minus the macadamia nuts, and it was amazing. The pineapple, Banana and seemingly toasted coconut was SO good. I have had this combination elsewhere before but this was just elevated in flavor.
