My mom and I came there twice. My mom had soup and I had Mac and Pork . They were good. We came there again. She had soup and I had Hot Italian sandwiches. My sandwiches was good but it was very small like hot dog. It was $11.00 for sandwiches. It was overpriced. We won't come back there. We will have sub at Subway or someplace.

No one greeted me or spoke to me when I went up to the counter. I tried the kiosk to order but it wouldn't take your own GC's that I had to use. I then went to the cash register and stood and finally a gal, who made no eye contact with me, asked what I wanted, I told her, she gave me a dollar amount, I gave her the GC and expressed it didn't work in their kiosk...she didn't care. She asked if it was for dine in or to go....expressed it was to go. When they called my name, my meal was on a platter. This was NOT a good experience!!

I've had surgery and am on all liquid diet for two weeks my son when in Saturday evening got 3 soups crab & rice, African cauliflower and wild mushroom and were strained glady from worker and soups broths were all delicious. Thanky you. So 5 stars...Fast forward to Monday night my son again went to grab a couple soups asked could they strain the 2 choices he chose and from there went down hill. Attitude from worker being mad he asked saying they don't do that. So he'd said oh they did Saturday. With attitude the worker said she would took the soups went to back. He called said hey so you know they don't strain soups and this lady mad and has attitude. I said well I'll know for future. So he left brought soup to me. To my surprise when I opened them neither had been strained and were barely warm. So now I'm confused why she was mad and got attitude and did nothing except sell lukewarm soup. Needless to say I'll take my business elsewhere from now on. To many places sell soup/ broth without attitude to deal with one who does.

The selection of soups and sandwiches was extensive! Food was ready quickly and my only complaint was that the temperature of the soup. It was barely above room temperature. I really like hot soup! The sandwich was amazing and loved the variety of drink options. Will definitely give it another try

I selected the nearest location. Why do you need to know my location to place a pickup order?? Why do I need to place an order to get prices?? Why do you need to know my location, so you can tell what location is nearest?? Am I too stupid to know where the nearest location is?? No business from me!!!

Rude employee said I MUST use kiosk to place order even though I was ready to order and the guest in front of me was struggling with the machine. I’ve ordered a couple of times from a human being. The Wednesday lunch staff needs some lessons in customer service. Your flow is completely backwards as you want people to order on the kiosk before they can even see the options. No need to return.
Was with my folks, we got two flights of soup mini cups. 3 flavors for the price of one bowl - $8 ish, and you get to try 3 different flavors! I got chicken pot pie with bread crumbles, chicken and chorizo soup covered with tortilla chips, and overstuffed bell pepper soup! My dad ordered the same but changed bell pepper for lobster bisque. 10/10 recommend!

The prices here are out of control! It's no wonder the place is dead all the time. $36 for 2 people who each got a cup of soup, HALF a sandwich, and a small drink? The food isn't bad but those prices are ridiculous. Not to mention that they only had 2 people working so it's not like there's much overhead cost. The employees were great though. Super friendly.
