I go by this place everyday on the way home from work. I've been really wanting to try their barbecue. I have 3 smokers myself, including an offset. So I'm always comparing. Giving this place 10/10!! I’ve been traveling for work in Holly,MI never been there before decided to google a bbq spot in the area and this place popped up, not sure why it wasn’t at the top of my list for bbq because it’s outstanding!! I got the brisket loaded potato for lunch and the gentleman gave me a free candied bacon (sooo delicious)!! I told him I wasn’t from the area and I come from Warren,MI they were so nice to me I went back after work got another brisket...

The food: 10/10. The service was 10/10. He talked us through the menu when we had questions. Gave us a sample to help us decide when we wasn't sure. Everything is delicious. Meat is tender and falling apart. The definition of tenderism. Mac n cheese was Gooey and cheesy. The Candied bacon was sweet and fatty but not overwhelming with lovely spices. The bbq sauce was delicious, not too sweet but still full of flavor. Fresh and worth the price. Me and my husband will be back
