Been here about 15 times since I work 5 minutes away. Literally every time they pull mine and other cars forward to spot me 1,2,3 or 4. Then 1 minute later bring the food. Everyone just seems annoyed with the extra step and hassle

Like all the rest of the McDonald's, they have raised their prices to an astronomical amount. This has gotten ridiculous!It's McDonald's food for Pete's sake! Meant for little kids that don't know any better, and adults risking later gut issues in order to save a buck.For some reason, the CEO started to believe that their food is some sort of gourmet experience. I'm not joking! He actually went on the record claiming that they could raise the price as much as they want, because the people are going to pay for it. Well, this has come to bite him in the butt and now he's being forced to walk back those words... a very little bit.Their plans now are to slightly reduce the prices, and hope that people start returning to the restaurant, because nobody wants to pay $16 for a Big Mac à la carte!
They don’t know how to make French fries here. They were hard as a rock and had zero salt on them. Also I paid for a large drink and received a medium. I’ve been to a lot of bad McDonald’s locations but this one may take the cake.

I used to work here about 7 years ago, and for 7 years since it was still one of the most decent McDonald's around the area. I dont know if there has been a change in leadership, but for the past few months the quality and care have been severely lacking. The food my family orders here has been often smashed, messy or lacking ingrediants when made or cold after waiting for it. For my order today my big mac was crushed with no lettuce for some reason, and its the last time Ill be ordering here for some time now. I wouldnt recommend coming here until the quality changes, especially with McDonald's CEO talking about raising everything due to "McFlation"

This is one of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. App never works there. Today they couldn't accept cards but didn't say anything until after I ordered. Then they said I think the inside card readers are working. So I went inside and all kiosks were inoperable and they couldn't accept cards at the counter. What a joke. This is an ownership problem. When they are trash it tends to trickle down. Avoid this place if you can.
Ignored at the counter for awhile. Order kiosk did not print my receipt, and the payment device errored twice before reading my card on the third attempt. The kid that came to the counter didn't know how to reprint the receipt, and even after asking still couldn't print it. A crew lead or some sort of manager came over and eventually reprinted it. The burgers were warm, but hot hot enough to melt the cheese. Ingredients from other items were wrapped up in the wrapper indicating the preparation area isn't being regularly wiped down. Assembly was okay without being messy, without cheese stuck to the wrapper, and without sticking out from the bun. At no time while I dined inside did anyone fill the receipt printer with paper allowing for the issue to continue despite at least 1 team member and 1 management type knowing of the issue.Thankfully, I used BOGO deal in their app, otherwise value for payment would be lacking.

Shout out to the young man who I can only assume is a manager. The app was glitching and it glitched me out of my money. Needless to say I still walked out of McDonald's with something to eat.After a 10-hour work day I can't tell you how much it meant that I could still get something to eat!!Thanks a bunch!
