I used to work here about 7 years ago, and for 7 years since it was still one of the most decent McDonald's around the area. I dont know if there has been a change in leadership, but for the past few months the quality and care have been severely lacking. Ignored at the counter for awhile. Order kiosk did not print my receipt, and the payment device errored twice before reading my card on the third attempt. The kid that came to the counter didn't know how to reprint the receipt, and even after asking still couldn't print it. A crew lead or some sort of manager came over and eventually reprinted it.
