4 stars because as a technician I know that screen is supposed to show my order number, not a digital rollout message, as a customer this is extremely annoying when the self serve kiosk is out of paper. SMH at least increase the timeout to display what order # I am to greater than a millisecond there's never so many customers in line you can't afford to display the customer's order number for 3-5 seconds for when there out of paper (which is almost always).

Came in around 5pm the other day. The problem with App ordering or walk in for this store in the late afternoon or evening, it has a really bad habit of working only on Drive Thru orders and nothing else, while those of us that ordered a simple Nugget and Fry meal have to wsit 18 minutes out in the parking lot. I have said this before to the same manager (not the one during the day, she is outtanding), but the one that wants to provide lip service back to customers who are waiting...
