Only Coffee shop in town. I spend a lot of money here but lately they just don’t get anything right nor do they care. Today I ordered a cold brew. She tried to bring a hot latte to the window. I said “that’s not what I ordered at all!???” Instead of fixing it she poured the hot drink on to ice. Ummmm, Lazy at its finest! I love how fast and efficient this location is. My only negative comment (meant so they can fix it) is that the iced coffee is incredibly bitter, even with a lot of Splenda. I haven’t had this issue with other locations. Please taste it and adjust ingredients ?

Not sure what's going on with management here but almost every employee was visibly unhappy to be here.Edit: I recently decided to try this location again and was surprised to find it has improved significantly. The food quality was good and accurate to what I ordered and the staff was courteous and helpful.
