This was my first visit to Biggby, and I was very impressed. Emily went above and beyond with her service. She prepared my coffee and bagel perfectly, was professional and welcoming, and even wrote my order on paper to put on the wall so she can remember it whenever I come back. That kind of personal touch is outstanding and something I have never seen before. Truly excellent service!

To the older ma'am that works there... you are a stunning example of how to talk to customers. Yes, the free coffee card was nice and did make me feel appreciated and know youll make it rite. But.... your customer service and how you talk to people is out of this world.
I truly wish I recorded that interaction. Just so I could have it as a training resource to teach my staff communication. I was just so blown away.
